This is so great!! Please make more!! I used to be a competitive gymnast, and since then, no other workouts have been fulfilling. I miss conditioning and this one was so perfect. Thank you!!
I just started gymnastics in my 30's (I know...crazy and rare...LOL), and I'm including these exercises in my daily gym routine starting tomorrow...thank you so much, this video is so helpful...subbed*
I’ve wanted to be a gymnast since I was a kid. Unfortunately my parents didn’t support my dreams. So now at 31 I’m going for it. Do you have any tips? Are you training with a coach? Right now I’m doing yoga every day to gain strength and flexibility.
Love these! I’m 30 too and a cheerleader, I’m going to give it a try to this routine! I’m training gymnastics again to get into a tumbling team ! Thanks for the content!
You make the one at 7:30 look SO easy. My hollow body is getting pretty good but lifting your hips that high with legs straight is very impressive. Goals!
Thank you! I am a coach in the fitness industry and i love the idea of this as a morning routine. I don't really like to train early in the AM (enjoy afternoon exercise), but i do find myself being more creaky and stiff in the AM as I get older (40 now lol), so I'm always trying to find a way to get some early AM movement to better set my body in motion for the day. I may play with the reps on this to make it 10 minutes or less, but this is a really great video.
Thank you so much. I am a new humble student. Day one and I could barely do any of the moves with good form, but I love the challenge, I am going to keep trying. You are a beauty and a beast. The way you move so effortlessly and fluidly is an inspiration, thank you kindly.
I was a gymnast for nearly two decades. I've been out of the gym for over a decade and I just recently started teaching gymnastics. I'm very much out of shape and rusty with training! Thank you for these videos!!
This is so great! I was looking for exercises which can help my gymnastics (I only started learning when I became an adult). Thank you so much for your generosity! I hope I can be strong like you!
Thank you very much for demonstration and sharing this interesting moves ! I am 61 starting with Triathlon , always looking for moves ( from professionals ) out side of boring 08/15 , to get more flexibility and agility .
Thank you so much I am a personal trainer and I was looking for a good routine to help my daughter's they love gymnastics and just want to help them be the best they can be at it.
Can you do a setail video on exercise at 5:14. You make it look so easy. I tried it and couldn't even roll up that high let alone stand. Would like some pointers. Peace and love ✌
I will be posting a video this week with new exercises and explaining them as I go. Will aim to include this exercise in an upcoming video to do the same 🫶
Do you warm up and stretcg before your session starts ? or just warm up ? Or you allways start your comditioning sessions /practice sessions without the warm up just stretching ?
This is an awesome video! Thank you for sharing. I practice splits, the "American" version. My right leg in front is very uncomfortable to do the split compared to my left leg leading. How would you recommend creating symmetry in the body when doing gymnastics? Thank you xoxox
Thank you so much for your comment and support 🤍 There is always going to be a small amount of discrepancy between both sides of your body and definitely in splits, totally normal! I would suggest spending a little longer on the side you are not as comfortable on! E.g. 45 seconds right left leg and 1 minute right leg for the splits. Over time this should even out but I even have one leg that is more comfy than the other 🌸✨
Great advice! ^ Start with small “half handstands” to build your confidence. We call them bunny hops. So put your hands on the floor and do a small hop with one or two feet and try to get your hips stacked over your shoulders. Keep practicing! It takes time! Message me on Instagram if that doesn’t make sense 😊 happy to help!
When you are young you do lots of fast repetitions. When you are old and wise like me you do far less reps and real slow because its far more effective to build muscle strength and conditioning!
it looks so easy on you, thanks for sharing this short routines, I love them! In fact if you keep making new ones I'll make them my routine. I already follow this one consistently. Thanks for being a true inspiration and help improving our lives♥@@LeanneVanRensburg
I am a nine year old my birthday is in two weeks so if you have any tips for me please do give me them I am trying to loose 10 pounds my dad is trying to find a good school for me
A tip I could give you is to stop measuring your weight (especially at your age) and instead training for the fun of it! Your weight will change over time as you grow, so you definitely want to focus on improving your skills instead! God bless :)
That is not how a gymnast trains. A gymnast would do 1/2-45 minutes of warm up exercises, some of which you could not even imagine, followed by 4 hours of equipment training, followed by another hour of warm down exercise. 6-8 hours a day 6 days a week eek. That’s how a gymnast looks like a gymnast 7:187:19
Maybe stick to gymnastics if you can't read, Judy. The description literally says these are SOME of the exercises in her program lately. This video isn't called "how a gymnast trains". This video is just meant to teach some conditioning techniques.
You have some broad shoulders. After you're done with the flippy spinny stuff you should try swimming. Not trolling, seriously. Just a little training and you'd probably be pretty competitive. Unless post-op dudes with girl names decide to swim too. Then you got no chance. Against other biological women though... yeah for sure. If you're 22 and still in gymnastics you're "old". Not swimming though. Food for thought.
Firstly, it’s not okay for you to comment on my body, whether you consider it trolling or not. Secondly, that comment is extremely transphobic and not welcome here. And lastly, I’m 26 and in trampoline gymnastics that is not considered ‘old’. 👋 take your uneducated opinions elsewhere.
Thank you! I am trying to learn gymnastics in my early 20s because I stopped when I was a kid and really missed it!
This is so great!! Please make more!! I used to be a competitive gymnast, and since then, no other workouts have been fulfilling. I miss conditioning and this one was so perfect. Thank you!!

Same for me, I want to get back into shape like a gymnast. This workout is perfect
Yes!!! You’re right, happens the same for me! Please keep on doing more🥺

I did gymnastics when I was 8 and I’m restarting at 24! I’m curious, else do you include in your gym routines?

if all other sports disappeared and gymnastics remained id be just fine..this is the best sport bar none..gymnastics is amazing
How many session per week?? We should do conditioning workout as separate session ?? Waiting for your response...
For me personally, this is a conditioning I would do at the end of my session to complete the workout, not the entire thing. Hope that helps xx
Hey! Thanks... It helps.
@Leanne Van Rensburg Some things are definitly inspiring! 👍🏻 Thanks.
Thank you!!
Should the body parts be divided throughout the week?
Out of curiousity how different are these workouts compared between men and women? Considering men and womens centers of mass are different
God is good!
How you call each exercise?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I am scared of doing the handstand can't seem to get past the fear.
Use a wall first. When you get comfortable on the wall, practice how to get out of a handstand on grass or sand. It'll click at some point.
