Maika, How can you expect living to be cheap when you choose to go to one of the top universities in the centre of London which apart from being the Capital of UK, is also one of the financial centres, fashion centres, auction centres and etc.centres of the world?
Yikes I’ve heard about the disorganisation before, but that sounds bad. As for campus size, I’ve heard UCL is even worse with 60,000 students and old buildings ._. Hopefully their library helps. Is Strand campus any better?
APS - Pictures I’ve only been to strand a few times! But the campus is definitely a bit bigger. Maughan library is HUGE though, so if you don’t mind travelling a bit to go there it’s good! But guy’s alone is tiny 😩 never been to UCL library! But if I ever do, I’ll let you know ☺️
Haha, this was very interesting! I've got a few friends at GKT and they said the same as you about the cons! Completely agree with you about mile end, I'm one of the medics at Barts and we avoid going to QM's campus as much as possible 🤣 (whitechapel isn't much better lol, Barbican is lovely though). Atleast East London has the peng peng house prices I guess 😅. All the best, glad you're enjoying Kings!!
Javeria Kayani hey there! I’m not sure about a 2 year accelerated programme, but as long as it meets the requirements I don’t see why not? Unis usually just want to make sure you’ve covered enough biology & chemistry so they ask for a transcript of your modules. Best thing to do is email specific unis to see if you meet requirements :) also not sure about GEM as I’m doing the 5 year course! But requirements should be on individual uni pages x
I love this video so much. I’m considering applying to kings college and your explanation elucidated so much. Do you think I can increase my likelihood of getting accepted by trying to get a higher grade than required? I’m an international student who got Band 3 in situational judgement which might act as a disadvantage. I’m looking for a way to ameliorate my application.
Thank you so much for the support! And absolutely, the higher the grades you can get, the better for sure! As far as I'm aware, King's do put quite a bit of weight on UCAT scores (especially SJT), but if you want to find out more, I'd suggest calling admissions and asking for statistics of how many applicants with Band 3 SJT scores were invited to interview / received offers :)
Hello, I’m an international student and was wondering if the SAT was a requirement. I am aware of the necessity of the UCAT and the IELTS, but is the SAT required for admissions?
yas another medic youtuber!! my sister and I found your channel literally a couple of days ago- subscribing now! 💕
Thank you girl! I’m gonna try and post a lot more ☺️☺️
10:45 can someone tell me if the timetable is still like that? Jan 2023. Thanks!
So happy the videos are back!!
Thank you! Gonna try and post a lot more!! ☺️❤️

can you work and study medicine at the same time ?
Hi how many rough hours of lectures are there in a week and how many hours of independent study? Thanks a lot.
I'm deciding now between Barts and KCL UG med (as a graduate), do you know anything about Barts and how it compares to KCL?
Do you regret choosing king's for medicine instead of choosing somewhere else?
