I know this might sound controversive and everybody has a different body, different fit, but I can game with these 6-10hrs a day without hurting or sweating my ears, they doesn´t put pressure neither on my head, ears or glasses, they are very comfy in my opinion, but I agree that a different ear coushions would be better than leather to be more breathable
Hey man, great video, just boiled these headphones after after watching. However, on your COD Gameplay, pro tip, keep your centering steady, to avoid having to snap your crosshairs around, as shown on top maps when you opened that door at 3:24. Trust me. Game changer.
is anyone having problems hearing where footsteps are coming from in fps games ? or it sounds like 3d audio doesnt even work. the headphones also seems like theres no noise cancelation
Honestly I waiting for the mic test with AUX plugged in, the only channel I saw was "GadgetryTech" but I wanna see other people comparison. In the video of "GadgetryTech" it sound really good using the AUX, to me it sounds good enough to compare it to the HS80 but it's not as good as the corsair HS80 wireless.
OR just get the A40, it works both on Xbox and PlayStation and it has a much better mic quality. It was also before Logitech bought out astro so they were designed for only gaming
The mic is omnidirectional. Why it sounds terrible. It lacks a condenser so being able to customize it without an outside program isn't possible. Also, the fabric earpads will always be better. I would've hoped they would've been closer to the a50s for the price point. If y'all are going to use these for your phone as well, then go ahead. But for gaming sound and comfort, I would go with the a50s if astro is your preference.
Style looks cool but from this review and the comments just seems “okay” for quality. I guess you’re paying for the look and integrated mic but seems expensive for the quality
So would you recommend this headset or the arctis nova p? I really like the fact that you can use your phone to adjust settings for the astros but I’m still between them.
To me it seems like a gemic. My audio is constantly changing. I'll start my game and it'll be really quiet, with all of the settings on the PS5 turned up, and the buttons on the side turned up to max. Then I turn my Bluetooth off and the volume gets loud again. Also I was in the middle of a gunfight and my wife called. Automatically lost sound, and had my phone ringing in my ear. After ending the call, it takes a few seconds to get sound back. Honestly this headset is pretty decent but it has some cons. The boom mic isn't adjustable, so it's kind of annoying to use. Tbh if it wasn't for the battery life and lack of decent ambient sound, I'd go back to my Pulse Explores. I'm going to compare both of them tomorrow. If I end up liking the Pulse more, I'll return the A30s, and get the pulse elite. I have also recently started having issuses with the connection failing at random times. Really annoying when you're trying to talk to teammates.
This headset is awesome. Be aware though! There is a sleep mode on as default and will disconnect every 15 mins. I wish there was different material for the ear pads, aside from not being to breathable if you wear thick frames as prescription then the pads that come with this headset will make your ears hurt
Wonderful video! Looking forward to the comparison video with the Steelseries! Similar to another comment, I’m deciding between these and the Nova 7x, only reason I’m hesitant on the Nova is build quality issues from reviews on Amazon, showing the headset falling apart after less than a year of use. Can’t wait for the comparison!
Thanks for the review! Was just thinking of upgrading to this headset because I'm using the old green Astro A50s with the fabric cups. I love my A50s, but they've always caused me discomfort after some time of usage. I wear glasses and have a large head, so that could be the cause of the discomfort. 😂 But I'm taking your review into account before I buy this headset!
You described the comfort well, it's the reason I returned mine and it's ashame because if the comfort was down they would be a great choice
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅🎉😂wwe a lot e😂❤
which did u end up getting after it

Thanks for the video. It was great. I would like that you upload the comparison between ASTRO a30 and the steelseries artics nova 7 wireless

Thanks for your videos, I found your laptop maintenance one especially helpful. How is your laptop doing these days, have you upgraded or?
Hi, thank you! Glad you are enjoying the videos, I’m fully on desktop now, but the laptop was still great when I sold it

How do you like ur Tissot? 😉 what colour is the dial?
I like it a lot! Punches above its price point. It’s the Blue Dial Quartz Model
which one do you recommend ? leave the price tag away..
Astro A50
Astro A30
nova 7
Nova 7
Good explanation, thanks. But do you have settings for the headset for the Modern Warfare game?
These headphones look great but the mic quality definitly puts me off somewhat
90% of the mics are always ass this is nothing new 😂
How is the mic monitoring?

Fake news. I’ve never had my white a30s turn off after 15 min 😂. I run them for over 6 hours at a time without disconnect

Could u do the skullcandy crusher anc 2 next?
They strangely have serious issues connecting the microphone at random times on PC.
do you prefer logitech g pro x wireless for warzone 2.0?
Yes I do
