I love all your content. Thanks for posting. Would love to see more on whatever you can post. -Some data for people: About 370 charges of shadow runic hammer got me the following clean 100% elemental weps: 3 energy, 3 poison, 2 fire, 5 cold, 1 chaos. Three cold and one energy came from enhancing with a +60 ASH. Now I just need 200mil in whetstones. -BTW the +60 ash wasn't that bad to get. I just bribed a large chain and pieces up to the max. Lots of cash and Val but not too bad.
Another great video, love watching them. If my memory serves me, I was able to get all my 100% elemental weapons reforging with the Dull Copper runic (without enhancing). That’s all I ever used and had, don’t recall ever using the Shadow.
i believe dull copper had much lower chance, but if your materials are abundant it was possible. i remember spamming reforge with dull copper runics and enhancing them back in 2017
Thank you so much for doing these videos!!! Building and making a Sampire = Check! How to do crafting = Double Check! Would be a "Hat Trick" for a Triple Check, if you would do the Pirate build and videos as mentioned in this video. I have done online training for work several times and the quality of your videos, just as good or better.
@@rabidsniper6925 What kind of things would you imbue your fire weapon with after you get 100? I take it you would use Powder of Fort before you start imbuing, then add what?
@@bluegrasssurvival9423 It kind of depends on the weapon and overall "need".. but I think in general.. my "go-to" set of properties will usually be: I remove the Damage Increase property with a Whetstone of Enervation, Hit Mana Leech (HML) max, Hit Stamina Leech (HSL - Some folks dont bother with this, but I do) max, HIt Lightning (HL - If possible) max, Hit Lower Defense (HLD - for heavy hitter / boss fights) and Swing Speed Increase (SSI - If needed). Of course.. you only get up to 5 properties, and there are various situations where you need different combinations of the above.. So there is no "ONE WEAPON" for me.. I usually carry like 5-8 on me at all times.. Because youll also want Slayer properties sometimes.. and maybe even a Hit Area Effect like Hit Cold Area.. for trash mobs..
Chaos weps deal random damage type on each hit.. for me.. the only real purpose for this is the fight against Anon in the Roof encounter... Anon will switch to elemental type that you are hitting him with and then heal himself.. so you either have to swap back and forth between two different elemental weps.. or you can use 100% chaos and just keep chopping away...
Hey Rabid really enjoy your videos. I'm late to the party of UO and Crafting 100% Elementals. My question to you is double axe. I'm crafting a dragon slayer double axe with 100% cold. Which weapon properties should I imbue? I am a sampire so I'm wanting to know exactly which properties I need to be putting on my axe. Thanks man. (EDIT) I'm already capped on my defense and hit chance.
Honestly.. my fav dragon Double axe has Hit Mana Leech, Hit Stamina Leech, Swing Speed INcrease, Dragon Slayer and Hit Harm.. I use it for fight most dragons. mainly Bellfry.. You could substitute Hit Harm for something else like Hit Lower Defense...
For a samp, which imbuing additions do i want? You said life leech isn't desirable, so trying to figure out what i want on there. Great videos by the way. Incredibly helpful
@@peterkreidler5539 Yes.. 100%DI on your suit is ideal to get that extra property on your wep. It just usually requires a certain amount of artifacts (fedual grip, tinkers, prismatic lenses etc).. Im going to cover "advanced" sampire gear here in a future video. As far as wep properties.. I personally prefer: Hit Mana, Hit Stamina, Hit Lower Defense (even if you have it on your helmet!), Hit Lightning and pretty much any of the Hit Area Spells. Obviously if you are going slayer wep, youll have to choose which of those.. Rule of thumb.. I add HLD on the weps I use for certain mobs like Blackthorns Captains or Roof.. and Hit Area Spells for "Spawn clearing" weps. But those are the 5 I use on nearly every wep combo. Hit Lightning is amazing it procs so many things. HLD STACKS with Helm HLD.. not a direct stacking, but your chance is greatly increased if you have it on more than one item. Hit Life Leech isnt necessarily BAD.. but really shouldnt be necessary at all if you are hitting and swinging properly. Hit Life Leech is better suited for a non vampire warrior like a Paladin build. Hope this helps
Forgot to mention Swing Speed Increase.. This isnt always required (depending on the wep) but most two handers Ill stack it on. Its important to know what your stamina "thresholds" are for your weapon. For example people will often say, I dont need SSI on my wep because my Stamina allows me to swing full speed all the time. That might be true, but keep in mind that when you get HIT (especially hit hard by bigger bosses) youll take heavy stam loss, which makes you swing slower, which in turn doesnt allow you to heal.. I like to make sure I have at least a 30-40 point "Stamina Threshold".. so stacking SSI isnt ever a bad thing. If you are lucky and get 20 or more SSI on your gear, then you can probably forego putting it on your weapon.
My Typical "Slayer" weps would be: 100% Elemental, NO DI Double Axes. with 30% SSI, Slayer Property, Hit Mana Leech, Hit Stam Leech and either Hit Lightning or Hit Lower Defense. Ill then usually make a radient scim "Spawn Clearer" wep Ill use for the first few levels of a spawn that has : NO DI, Slayer, Hit Lightning, Hit Mana, Hit Stam, and Hit Area effect.
@@rabidsniper6925 Dude thank you so much for this response, exactly what I was looking for. I'll elaborate. I have 30 SSI on suit with 185 Stamina. I do realize bosses will cause major stam loss. I made a set of weapons before checking this. I put all three leeches on them, on axes without DI. Was that a bad move? Also Lighting over Hit Area effect for lower level spawn?
What about the Imbuing? What attributes are better on a sampire weapon? Hit Chance vrs Swing speed vrs Damage Increase vrs Life Leech vrs Mana Leech etc.... I think I heard you say in this vid or another vid that Life Leech isn't a good attribute but I'm not positive.
I touch on this a bit with the Sampire Weapons vid.. But generally.. I like Hit Mana Leech (a must), Hit Stam Leech (most times for me).. and Swing Speed Increase (if needed).. along with a slayer. When talking Crafted items you only have room for 5 attributes and not all at max value.. (sometimes 6 if you use reforging/refining). If I DONT need a slayer and or Swing speed increase.. I like Hit LIghtning a LOT.. (the lightning hits will also proc some of your buffs, plus really good on hard to hit mobs/bosses). I never use Hit Life Leech on really any of my weapons unless it comes with it.. TBH.. good RNG rolls on legendary artificacts, far outweigh anything you can do on a crafted item.. so what I do is use crafted items with only the props I need.. If you can get 100% damage increase on just your armour, this frees up being able to use a lot of the found weapons in the game.. (as a lot of them dont come with DI)
I love this series. The UO community could really benefit from more current video guides like this, imo! Thank you for doing it!!
1Viewer2Another yeap, generally uo videos are so boring to watch but he keeps it interesting. Seriously he has talent for this stuff
Thanks for the feedback...
This vid is Awesome! I wish I would have watched this 4yrs ago. Thank you for making this vid. Subscribed.

And yet another great video, many thanks. :)
Absolutely!!
Great video! After you reforge, what do you imbue with? HLL, HML, and SSI?

What is a good use for 100% chaos? Anon, missed that the first time.

I should say, my suit has 100% DI without wep. In your opinion should i be whetstoning DI for an area damage with stam, mana, life leech?

Good source of ingots are also artisan treasure maps and verite, gold, valorite etc. Elementals. You can get 100% cold from 80-90 using shadow ingots
I actually haven't really done much with Treasure maps since the changes... thanks good info!
Super thanks for sharing all this knowledge man! You da best! :)
Do you have an active guild on pacific for new players to that server?
