Make the whole thing a museum. Clean up what is there and add units you have saved. You will have something to be proud of and that people will want to see.
another rusty as hell engine, an old 1923 flatbed truck, an abandoned shunting yard in the distance, an abandoned pile of cars dating from late 1890's to late 1980, a massive crane that could still work, a 1950's or 60s gmc maybe a chevy? and a massive room full of locomotives for the picking, save them all and hear their engines roar with gratitude for their savior and new Liese on life.

The runaway union pacific locomotive one of my favorites it started as a runaway 4 years ago and then after the explosion it was left abandoned for 3 years in that spot
The diesel locomotives that you found should be cleaned up and be useful again and all of the old freight cars that are in all of your videos that you get from Diesel, Steam and Electric locomotives
