Would it be cool if they found and rescued a steam locomotive abandoned in the swamps of Louisiana or even one that's abandoned in a forest? Like finding an ICRR 371 class or ICRR 306 class abandoned in a swamp or bayou or a Norfolk & Western Railroad M-Class” locomotive abandoned in the woods or vice versa?
The Gustavtime SW1500 arrives at the abandoned railroad on a truck to pull out the Aerotrain. The recovered Aerotrain arrives at the workshop by truck and is pulled into the shop by the Gustavtime "grey ghost" SD40-2, while the carriages arrived with the help of the SW1500. The restoration took a while but in the end it is worth it. The Aerotrain receives a grand welcome back moment wearing PRR colors and is greeted by a spectacular fireworks show. It operates a transcontinental service from Chicago to Philadelphia as a celebration of its return. Welcome Back Aerotrain!
1955-1956; there were three engines and three sets of passenger cars. One set was made by Talgo from Spain for the Rock Island Railway and the other two by GM. The entire Talgo train was scrapped in the early 60’s I believe the other two engines are in museums in Green Bay and St Louis. Some of the GM passenger cars survived.

Excellent job restoring the Aerotrain! Now it can ride the rails just like in its hay-day with PRR and other rail companies.
