- Drone footage, underwater footage and information about Isla Mujeres located 13 km off the coast from Cancun on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. I took a boat from Playa Tortuga and came in to Isla Mujeres. I bought a trip and went snorkeling and then also to the MUSA Underwater museum. The best beach on the island is Playa Norte beach.

I’ve been to Isla Mujeres countless of times and i really recommend going to try xantolo, oceans restaurant, or Lola Valentina for a nice Dining! xantolo has salsa nights Thursday-Saturday from 9-close! Amazing experience
Great spot, I was there a few years ago. Only for a day trip though, I would like to stay over a few nights at some point.

Fun Island
Went there in an all inclusive tour.. in clouded snorkling gear a locker and a meal. There was statutes on the top . Done by international artists. Very interesting to see.
Which boat service, and where you reccomend to go snorkeling?
Where can I get the $35 deal? Sounds fantastic. I am going there during spring break in two weeks.
It is a lovely place, worthy of a stay much longer than a single night. You did a great job of capturing what you could during your short visit, but next visit, spend more nights if you can. You did a great job of correctly pronouncing “Mujeres”, but “Isla” is actually pronounced more like EASE-lah than EYE-lah. And this is a small point, but the golf carts are actually gas-powered. I’m told electric carts don’t last very well in the salt air. Thanks for a beautiful video, William!

Pesos, but you can use US dollars also. There are US dollar ATMs everywhere

One of my dreams is to go to Cancun being leaving in the USA for over 30 years. And I really would love to go one day I hope my dream comes true 😍 and the funny part is I’m Mexican 🤣😂 but when I live in Mexico didn’t have the opportunity to go oh well I just wait for next year
Great video bro! One of the better ones I've seen on Isla Mujeres! Two things: 1) What kind of drone were you using and did you have problems getting it into Mexico at all? 2) The "s" in "Isla" is not silent, but if that's the worst thing about your video, you did a great job! I'm going this summer, and I can't wait to get some awesome drone footage like yours!
I didn't have a problem to bring the drone. Yes I heard that the s is not silent :p there is an airport in the north part of the island so I couldn't start my drone there. It only worked in the South part

I was there 8 months ago. Shark attacked me and bit off my right leg 100% (I only have left one now). But yes, other than that accident, it was great snorkeling experience. So many weird looking species.
