Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Black pepper - 10-12
Cloves - 4-5
Green cardamom -4
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Bay leaf - 1
Onion - 2
Garlic cloves - 5-7
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Tomato - 4
Coriander stem - 1/4 cup
Cashews - 20-22
Dry Red chili - 3-4
Salt - 1 spoon
Curd mixture
For curd mixture :
Curd - 2-3 spoons
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 spoon
Roasted coriander powder - 1 spoon
Roasted Cumin powder - ½ spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Honey - 2-3 spoons
Dry Fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi) - 1 spoon

As per Indian Ayurveda u are not supposed to boil honey. It's toxic. So finish cookin, off gas, when temp of dish is less hot add honey n mix

Firstly, it is not pure honey. No need to add Honey at all it. Pure honey is more viscous.
