Amazon has a website in Italy (amazon.it) so you can buy there, everything is local. But, if the item you want is only on amazon.com then it depends on the item. Some items will ship to Italy, and some don't. Add it to your cart, go through checkout, add your address and it will tell you if it ships to Italy or not.
