I've been shopping at Amazon for a long time. I often hunt for Amazon Deals and Amazon Freebies so this video is long over due. People always ask me for Amazon deals today and for the month. As an Amazon employee let me share some information regarding shipping. Please do not order any liquids and non-liquid items (i.e. electronics etc) to be shipped in the same box. Many delays are the result of liquids that spill and the packages have to be replaced/re-ordered. When you are ordering you can request items to be shipped in separate boxes.

Alright thank you. But can you also help with something else....why do I always receive the item I ordered in 2 to 3 days when it says right on the page of that I will get it in 1 day. And yes I am a prime member and have been for years. It even gives a hour and minute countdown on how long I have to be able to receive the item the next day. And I always order in plenty of time and yet I never get it the next day. WHY????

I noticed, esp around Black Friday, that some sellers raised their prices, then put them on "sale" for the price they had been advertised all year. Only reason I noticed is bc those items were in my faves for awhile, so I remembered the original prices.

Been a Prime member for almost 5yrs, and I love it.
I use most of their features, and love Prime Video.
As a Senior citizen, I don't own a TV, so my phone is my window to the world, and this combo, along with YT, enables me to be selective about what I spend my time watching, and I'm not paying hundreds per month for services I can't afford, and don't use.

If you want a t v, smaller are pretty cheap. Put one of the antennas that screws into the back of the t v. Under twenty bucks ( once ) and get free t v.
Shopping secret #11: You can add names onto your Prime membership. This works great for family members who have an Amazon log in, but you can also put the name of a friend on your membership. I realized this when my wife was finding stuff on Amazon and then coming to me to make the purchase because she didn't want to pay for Prime. I just added her name to mine and now she can use her own log in and use Prime without paying a membership fee.

My husband holds the account but I added myself since I wanted the 2 day shipping. Now I use my own account with the same benefits. I am gonna add my teenage son next year too.

I've been buying "Amazon renewed" everything for the past ten years. I have never had a problem and you're right, I can return any item for 90 days without having to pay for return shipping.

I've been a prime member for a couple years now. Can't understand why during the pandemic, we have to pay the full prime price for only half the service 🤔
Those 1 to 3 day deliveries are what got me hooked to begin with. I understand they got behind but we shouldn't be paying full price if we're not getting full service.
I'm leaving Prime; they just announced a price increase to $139/yr. Bezos has no shame.

amazon coupons and amazon deals are good if you're looking for something but not wanting to blow all your money on. Plus the free shipping and often getting items in a day or 2 just makes it awesome-er. I was looking for a touch lamp for my desk and walmart wanted $30 for one, I got mine with a coupon for $15, free ship and got here in 2 days.
I love my Prime membership. We use Netflix as well as Amazon Prime TV. I’m glad you mentioned all the “perk pages”. I saved your video, and will be bookmarking all those pages. 👍🏻

You suggest that we contact customer service if we have problems… But that's not always possible. I've had a few problems with inaccurate descriptions when buying products and therefore getting the wrong size of or less of an item. This is usually easily corrected if they are third party Sellers, but when Amazon fulfills them you can't always find so where to submit a complaint or feedback. And calling right now doesn't work, because they're not open due to Covid-19… Do you have any other suggestions on how I can resolve some issues?
Also, I always forget about Amazon Video… Although I have found quite a few things that I want to watch and I add them to my list every time I turn on my Fire Stick Hulu, Netflix and UA-cam are right there so I always go for one of those instead.

thanks for this content. with myself being a tightwad I have used the amazon "renewed / open box" several times with great results. One time I swear the item was brand new - never even opened. But I also got a stinker. the item was broken and the way it was packaged and the location of the broken piece (in a zip lock bag lol) , I could tell it did not happen in transit to me. Amazon was great at doing the return.

U should of also mentioned that if u don’t want to pay for the membership and just want to buy groceries and have a EBT card or medicare card u can buy them with free shipping and no membership required
How do you use your EBT? I’m trying to figure it out for my dad so he don’t have to leave his house but I’m having a hard time
@@BrittanyyBitchh go to amazon look under food items anything that is sold and shipped by Amazon is covered with the ebt card anyting that is not sold by amazon is not eligible u will see on the right hand side of the page under the price if its ebt Eligible also if u can shop there main grocery store on there site if its Available in your area all that stuff would be covered also hope this makes sense there is a facts and question section on there that also might explain it better

Matt, YOU are awesome and I LOVE your videos! I am a current prime member and I Love it!!! I order items several times a week as I have no vehicle to get to the store. Also and, due to health issues I don't want to go out if I can help it due to Covid. Also, I have cancelled Netflix for the time being and only watch Prime and UA-cam. The cost of my prime membership is what I was paying for Netflix alone and Prime offers me different options such as music, reading and videos...and of course, free shipping and great customer service. I couldn't ask for more! Keep up the great work Matt!
Another way to save is the capitol one extension. When I click on an amazon product it will let me know if there is a cheaper product somewhere or if that is the best price.
We have prime membership with Amazon and you’re not only a two day free shipping but you also get Amazon video and Amazon music and delivery from Whole Foods.

I don't know if you address this in any of your videos because I don't watch all of them but in reference to Amazon Prime if you have an EBT card (food stamps), the deal goes down to $6 which is basically half price of what their normal fee is. Appreciate all your research and informative videos! I'm on disability and everything I see from you can benefit me at some point in my life. My family has been buying from Amazon since 1994 back when they only sold books. I used to have coffee mugs they gave out as gifts. I actually used to talk to them on the phone and give them urls for other online book stores so they could coordinate & make deals with them. I miss when they had US based customer service.
I have friends who are on Medicaid & get EBT so I will let them know about the discounts. Hopefully it will really help out as they have a brand new baby & are struggling.
I would love to see you do something like this for Lowes. I like Lowes bc they let me apply my military discount to online orders and in-store pickup orders. There's an employee there who keeps trying to get me to set up a Lowes credit card saying something about 20% off but I don't know all the details & she always seems to catch me when I'm in a hurry. LOL.

I'm in South Florida and 2 day shipping is still on point. I was shocked. On point even at the outset of the pandemic. I'm impressed. However, I can see the packaging of items has been relaxed though but my things still reach me undamaged

Bought a cool led lit Christmas tree for more than 1/2 off because the box was damaged. Nothing wrong with the tree at all. Works great and has so many light settings.

I watch Prime every day! On my TV and sometimes on my phone.
How does that work? My sister has Prime, and when she wants to watch a movie on her tv there’s a fee/rent in order to watch it.
@@donnabarnett143 Not all movies/series on the app are free with prime, there is a specific category with all the "included with prime" movies/series.
I also watch Prime Everyday and on my Roko TV .On mine across the top of the screen there are different options to choose from she needs to click on FREE FOR ME and go from there..We watched the new Coming To America / Eddie Murphy's New Movie and It was Great and Free ..Enjoy!! Oh Before when I had Amazon Prime Amazon would constantly send me messages that I was taking Advantage of my free available offers Prime Veidos
