i already said it but i think it was a pretty good game, also if you mean the entity designs then theyre all pretty cool, but the night 6 designs are pretty weird but i think that was on purpose

any amount of stalling would result in a death (except for waluigi, but he doesnt kill you anyway) so its pretty much required to deal with them last minute
thats pretty hard to say which single character is the hardest because they all work together to make it difficult (except peach but shes different), but id say probably nightmare wario, piranha plant, or the normal wario
i didnt either, but theres apparently a remastered version of it and it was made by the same people that made this so i might check it out i liked it, i got pretty annoyed at the sponge challenge but otherwise it was a fun game, fairly hard too
