The best way to bring down rents across an entire market is building more housing, as the new housing (which is usually priced higher) puts downward pressure on older housing stock.

We have offered our products in king size in the past, but currently we’re only offering the Cloud Bed in queen sizes. The mattress sits on standard wood slats, so there is airflow beneath the mattress.

Can these units be in different bed sizes like a king of Cali king, and is there a way for the mattress to "breath" underneath it?
