Hey girl I don’t know if you noticed but you’re reacting to your necklace :( not sure if you can see it in person. Oh and kombucha is great for good gut health!
I'm still in school, and I love talking to the others about chronic illnesses! I have a few, and POTS is one so just about everyone has seen me faint like 100 times. You have inspired me to talk about them and come out of my shell!!! Thank you Amy💕💕💕😊😊😊!!!!
i rarely leave comments but I just wanted to leave a comment and say after watching a lot of chronically ill youtubers you are honestly my fave. Your UA-cam channel isn’t centered around you being sick and you still try to inform us and have fun at the same time. I just love your attitude and I wish I had a friend like you😭
You should look into using the Makeup Eraser to remove your makeup. It’s a special cloth where you just use water and it works so well! I love mine, and you shouldn’t have to worry about your skin reacting
Kombucha is naturally fermented-it’s brewed like beer, and supposedly has tons of beneficial microbes for ur gastrointestinal system-I guess the best description is that it contains probiotics. Some companies even claim it helps with your immune system and weight loss-among other things. I have autoimmune, gastro & joint issues (I have been told recently by a physio that she is concerned greatly about me having EDS-so I’m seeing a specialist (who specialises in EDS) at the end of July at her request) and have found that Kombucha possibly does have a small beneficial impact on my gastro issues-but it isn’t major I think. Maybe if I drank it more regularly, I may get more of a benefit-I’m just not sure.
You nailed it... in the states we call it "going thrifting" or shopping at the thrift store. Love your scores also, that flowy top will look really good on you!!
Looks like you really got some great finds when thrift shopping!!! I actually prefer buying second hand if possible since you get better pricing and it keeps clothes from just being thrown away. Also, the bit with Tom in his undies while you were talking about your chocolate treats for Easter made me laugh. Does he know you left that in? :-P
If you’re looking for an inexpensive face wipe, try baby wipes. I use the ones for sensitive skin because I have Rosacea. Also be careful with any probiotic drinks. I also have digestive issues and any type of probiotic is very rough on my system.
QUESTION! Sorry if this has been asked before! x How come they can't take blood out of your line you already have? Why do they have to take it out of your arm when you constantly have an access? X
ALSO does anyone else in your family have any illness like you? Or are you the only one that suffers from chronic illness, does your sister suffer from anything as well?
My son has a med port too and they don't like to constantly use it for blood work due to risk of infection so they just do a stick in the arm ... I'm not sure but probably same reason for Amy..... Much Love
It's 2: 13Am here in Jamaica, I should be well asleep by now but this video popped up by my UA-cam nofiy so 👀👀 imma watch before bed lol. Have Love a lovely day😁 cause this just started off my day great
I "love" having my blood drawn. I'm a hard stick. So any time blood is drawn from me, I look at the nurse and say,"Good luck, I'm a hard stick." They usually don't believe me until they actually try. And then they're like," You weren't kidding."
@@breannafairris4195 I hate having my blood drawn, because 1. It hurts. And 2. Because it's so hard to find veins on me. My veins are deep, and they move.
@@deadlyasylum mine do too. Mine aren’t deep but they can and have moved especially when I’m having anxiety. I was diagnosed with anemia (low iron) when I was 13 and had to get blood taken every week for about 4 months. And they always had to poke me 2-3 times because I was so scared and my veins would move
Just keep in mind that you need to see if you react to the Kombucha because it is very high in histamine, like sauerkraut and anything fermented, but if you can tolerate it, it is so so good for gut health.
Kombucha is great for gut health. 😁 It's a fermented tea. Certain brands are better than others. I have a friend who makes her own. I'm not brave enough to make my own. Too labor intensive for me. Lol. I live in Texas and drink the LIVE kombucha brand. Good stuff. Better for you than soda.
Kombucha is live probiotics I believe. It's supposed to be healthy bacteria, but it's not recommend for everyone (all live tried didn't stay down very well but I still have GI issues that my doctor's are trying to figure out. I've got a smart pill study coming up soon). I'm pretty sure it's still under debate with doctors. A lot of them are foul tasting xD but some are quite nice
They call it "thrifting" where I come from (southwestern US). But I never do it cause my allergies go nuts in thrift shops/antique shops/used book stores. It's a bummer, but I'm allergic to all the dust and mold and odors, etc. Of course, all the chemicals and fragrances at new stuff stores bother me too so I really rarely enjoy shopping anymore. It's like a get in, get what I need, and GTF out.
This was interesting as I’ve never seen a phlebotomist use that kind of tourniquet in a blood draw. I’ve only ever had the type they tie and then throw away.

Amanda Rae yeah I did notice way later after I started reacting to it 😅😅

I love THRIFT Store shopping. Bargains galore. Your outfit looks great.
I love that you were thrift store shopping because that’s a great way to help the environment instead of buying all new clothes all of the time♥️♻️🌍
Tom in the background when you were talking about the chocolate killed me 😂😂 I love Tom
It's lovely that you and your sister have such a great relationship. I only wish the relationship between my sister and I were the same.

Here in America we often call it thrifting! I don’t know why (it’s quite strange) but “thrift shop shopping” works just as well 😊

Your videos make my day ☺️
You can try putting the mini bike under your desk so you can cycle while you edit! (if your desk is tall enough that you don't bump your knees!)
Idk if you’ll see this but you should try baby wipes, you get so many more and their better for your skin bc they’re made for babies!
Yikes you watch them put the needle in?! I could never. I donate plasma twice a week and I still can't look at the needle until it's already in my arm
I love those Arizona drinks!!
Try baby wipes for your face. They are cheaper and made for sensitive skin.
Soooo happy you posted... Love your videos!!! 💜💛💜💛
when I was over in Melbourne I saw kombucha everywhere too and never in the UK now I'm back it's everywhere too?! ITS SPREADING 🙄
There is nothing else to be but strong when its a matter of blood draws. Keep having an awesome and funny day Amy! :D

Because all of the medication and fluids go into her line so the results wouldn't be accurate
hi there! why can’t they take blood straight out your line why do they do it from a vein in the arm?

Hey Amy ❤️ I use Neutrogena makeup wipes the fragrance free ones because I’m very sensitive to the ones that have that lol

Use baby wipes they are much easier on your skin and dont cause a breakout😁

Careful with kombucha. It’s fermented and if you have MCAS it can set you off...
