مع أن حياتهم كانت ممتازة و أبوه طيّار ، لكن يقول دائما أشعر بشيء ناقص في أمريكا ، أخذ أمريكا من الشرق للغرب ومن الشمال الى الجنوب. سوى كل شيء في راسه ولا عاد فيه شيء يجذبه لها مرة ثانية .
و هذا هو ، له في السعودية ١٧ سنة ، واستغربت وقتما اكتشفت انه يعرف مناطق بالسعودية وبعض المحافظات أكثر منّي انا 😅

Dethrone Idiocy he was talking about an American professor, John Hamilton is his name. He is teaching in Saudi Arabia and he said that he won't go back to his country.
And secondly, we don't come to the US and work or beg for money, we go to the US, our money to attend universities, or spend our money for vacations.
Without the Saudis, your country would be doomed! We give you the oil to run ur damn country, and we give you money to build us weapons, which *creates jobs for you Americans* . But hey, I know why you are ignorant, because yall don't have free education like us xD

It's a very rare thing to see a positive video about Saudi Arabia that is not influenced by world media propaganda or classic western view of saudis, great video.
I personally believe that Saudi Arabia is evolving into a much better place. It may be slow, but we'll get there!

Saudis are one of the kindest and the most God-fearing people on the Earth. Just see how they welcome foreigners as their guests. For example, take a look at Hajj season, both The Government and the Saudi people help the Foreigners by picking up for a ride for free, offering food to them, and facilitating their pilgrimage season.

When i came to Saudi Arabia i had one goal which is stay there for a year get some money go back home but now it's almost 5 years and I have no plans to get back anytime soon i love life here in Jeddah its so comfortable and modern with a traditional touch

Some people think that we are living in tents. The fact that the Saudi student has a salary of $ 300. And unemployment benefits of $ 600, there are no taxes, free education and health as well. No requirement that you be similar to our society.

***** I am glad that US army protects Saudi Arabia from Shia Iran as per the request of Saudi Kingdom, eventhough Saudi never took ONE SYRIAN MUSLIM REFUGEE. As always EVIL westerners has to take Muslims as refugees, eventhough Muslims hate Westerners to the core because of religion.
***** Personally I also want US army to pull out from Saudi, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait and Oman, and let the Shia and Sunni Muslims deal with each other. Because protecting them gives money, but also hatred from Muslims. We know what will happen exactly when US army pulls out from Saudi, it would be like Yemen, where Saudi invading that country with 15 other Sunni Arab countries.

To the 12 marketing students @ KFUPM who made this video, you did a fantastic job.
I like how you introduced the video with clips that showed people speaking about perceptions/stereotypes and then returned to them with an introduction of each (their names and how long they have been in KSA).
I much appreciated this video to help break down the barriers between the outside world and KSA.
I have Saudi friends but I have not yet had the chance to visit KSA. I hope someday I will.
I look forward to the experience.
In the meantime, videos like yours are very important to help people outside of KSA understand your culture better.

I'm Kuwaiti and my dad is American
When I showed him the video he said that if the main issue (women driving) is solved Saudi Arabia will be even better than UAE and the rest of the gulf and even the driving will be better and more quite when women driving is allowed
and I agree with him
it's not even an issue to become a main one
+Shoooojy I share your dad 's opinion. Whenever I say that allowing women to drive will make driving in Saudi more calm and peaceful, some people unfortunately laugh at me and give different reasons for the unreasonable aggressive driving in Saudi Arabia. My response to these people, Saudi Arabia is the only country in the world that don't allow women to drive, also Saudi Arabia is the only country in the world with the majority of very aggressive drivers. So do the math :)
+Akai 赤井 It's a big issue and the whole world looking at us like a weird country because we're the only country in the world that don't allow women to drive!! We joined the list of weird bazar countries with North Korea because we don't allow women to drive. Applying Islam in our country has many benefits, but applying stupid traditions has many drawbacks. If we get rid of these stupid traditions and kept our religion, we will change a lot for a better society that everyone respect rather than condemns
