Italy is very good but not remotely as diverse as Indian food which can range from sweet to sour to hot and spicy.
@@critical_analysis That's really interesting, you claim that Indian food has a greater range because it covers the sweet/sour/mild/spicy range. And whilst I think that what you are saying is true, from my limited experience with Indian food, I feel like no matter what (sweet/sour/spicy) the basic flavour palate remains the same with most of the dishes and has resulted to me perceiving it as less diverse.
I guess that's an inherent advantage with recipes that have limited ingredients, they allow for more combinations and more robust flavours.
@@grivza Then I suggest you to do some good taste of Indian food. Indian food has so many varieties in sweets/curries/rice dishes/flat bread types and so on, that is simply amazing. Let me repeat, NO other food in the world compares anywhere near to the depth and range of Indian food.
I suggest you start with Biryani, and then have some mango lassi and finally some sweet delicacy like rasmalai or rabri. You should enjoy it!
@critical_analysis its a lil silly to call it indian food though. Its really an amalgamation of asian culinary mostly thanks to the Silk Road! Travellers went from country to country bringing their little nuances which has eventually created, maybe a better word is, hindustani food... as 'Pakistani food' is largely similar to 'indian food' yet they are distinguished for some reason. Cant give all the praise to indians now can we 😂

The beauty of burrata is the complex textures in its raw form. Cooking it in a pasta you’ll probably get the same effect by adding heavy cream .
