I always enjoyed fishing Cherokee back when I was into tournament fishing. Everyone seemed to hate fishing there, but I loved getting into the smallies and rock fish there. I would usually keep a couple of decent stripers annually from there for the fryer.
We appreciate you sharing your experience brother! I have been told that use to be a top fishing location but several tournaments have been discontinued here! Let's hope it improves soon! Thanks for watching!
If I had to guess I would say a Striper now that I have watched the video several times! The live scope showed what appeared to be a massive Walleye but that is merely a guess! Thanks for watching!
Nice walleye . A little bigger and he would have been good eating fresh out of that cold water. And what ever snapped your line was a hog. Walleye , carp , catfish , 6" sunfish. 😂
We definitely agree that it would have been a good meal if it was a bit bigger! It definitely put up a fight! Those sunfish don't play around! 😂 Thanks for watching Don!
Nice walleye!
They are a fun fish to catch, and we had a blast on Cherokee Lake! Thanks for watching!
Mike tightened your drag too tight on purpose 😅. Great video ty for keeping it real . Slab Happy 2.8 inch SlabTek minnows should catch those eyes . 👍
That is a possibility 😂! Thanks Perry, we appreciate you watching! Yes sir, I will definitely be trying that on the next outing!
So sorry Jim! That was a monster! Wish I could have been there. Thanks for sharing! ♥️ 🤗
We appreciate you watching! That was a true monster, for sure! Hopefully, you will be on the next adventure Bill!
Yw can’t wait 👍
Thanks brother!
