    RECIPE:
    Olive oil drizzle
    1 large onion
    2 celery sticks
    2 carrots
    1 head of garlic
    2 pounds of turkey legs
    1 teaspoon of dry rosemary
    4 stems of fresh thyme
    4 sage leaves
    Salt to taste
    1/4 cup of white wine ( optional )
    10 cups of chicken stock ( I use caldo de Pollo )
    TO THICKEN THE GRAVY:
    4 tablespoons of butter
    4 tablespoons of all purpose flour
    Additional thickening if you want more
    Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water

    Were the turkey legs already roasted? The neck? Or did you brown them first? Yum🎉

      Yes the turkey legs were already roasted when I bought them at the grocery. I don't know if you live in the US, but I bought the turkey legs at a store called Walmart if you have one of those in your area.
