Great to see Rugby League has a foundation to build on in the USA. As a Rugby League fan in America, I hope we get better and someday field a side that can compete with Australia, England, and NZ.
Well aren't you lovely? If I may say what I said in simpler terms: "USA isn't very good. I hope they get better". There's nothing to doubt. I neither predicted anything, nor did I state anything true or false. I merely expressed hope for something, that frankly I do not see happening in the near future, to happen.
Sam Miller Hasn't alot changed in the 5 months since you first posted this comment? Good to see you guys are actually focused on developing a team, Rugby has had a decent spike in interest from what I've heard and now you've got a very experienced coach in Brian Mcdermott for your national team. They might not develop as fast as you want, but if there ever was a time to start getting really invested, now would be it.
McFly After that try scored by warriors with the Nathan Friend we can finally see that some major sport companies in the US do pay attention to rugby league, America has got to find a better name than the tomahawks though
+Sam Miller As an Aussie, I hope you do too! :) There are very few competitive sides in League. I think NRL needs to work with your existing leagues (I think you have two) and help develop the players, the marketing, etc.
C'MON KANGAROOS!!! its still a good achievement by the usa tomahawks in reaching the quarter finals in their first ever world cup though. hopefully they keep improving!!!
It is Rugby League, a lot of young American men could play our game so well, it is fast and brutal, come down under under and give it a go, Aussies have tried to play your game and failed, we would love to see some players from the USA playing here.

Great opposed session this one
They even go for the trip on Inglis and they still can’t get him down
