Hey Chris, yeah the Mini grouper is a great little EDC in nitro v mate, interesting that yours is on PB Washers & mine is on bearings, but you guys might get different ones there in the states. Great little beater though!! It's not lost on me how genuine you are mate, that's rare on YT & I respect that. Im assuming you are talking about the mini grouper?? Yes, in that case, the scales are very slick and smooth. For EDC it would be a great knife unless you will be dealing with wet or slick hands. In that case, it wouldn't be a wise choice. I love the knife, though! Love it!!!
Great video man. I like them all. I was putting a Christmas list together for my Mom and Dad. They live in a " no fun knife state" Illinois. I live in Indiana, I can walk around with a Ka Bar on my hip and no one would a Say a thing. But they are limited to 3 in. So yeah that mini grouper was on my list but I had to change it to the mini nightshade. By vosteed I think. Is the grouper a true button lock or does it actuate a top liner lock? Love that civivi also. Love that frag pattern. For Kaiser fb I have my eyes on the militaw. That one is nice. My baby daughter got me up at 430 am. Was able to wiggle out from her around 6 when she fell asleep on the couch. Don't want to move her but I'm stuck. Your video made 6am not suck so bad. Thanks.

Now, as for the knives, lol, the Militaw is a huge win, in my book. The Mini Militaw would be a fantastic gift for anyone wanting a quality and beautiful knife with a sub 3 inch blade. I'm getting a couple more myself. Yes, the mini Grouper is a button lock, and it has great action. It's funny you mention the mini nightshade because I have one ordered, atm. I don't know which I will like better between the two. These dang restrictions are absurd, though! It's America, but they can't carry a pocket knife of their choice!? I'm so grateful for Kentuckys lack of restrictions. Again, thank you for all of your comments and kind words. Yeah the mini milataw is on there. Asked for the nightshade, militaw,mini recon1, and a yonder. So it will be a nice surprise to see what he picks.
