Chickpea - 500gm
Tomato -2 large
Onion - 2 large
Ginger - One big piece
Garlic - 8 large cloves
Green chilly - 4 small or as per your taste
Coriander leaves - a handful
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 ½ tbsp.
Pepper powder - ¼ tbsp
Chilly flakes - as per your taste
Cumin powder - ½ tbsp
Garam masala - ¾ tbsp or as per your taste
Oil

1- soak the white chana and cook it in cooker
1- in a pan add oil then ginger garlic grated - curry leaves- once it becomes golden brown add onion & green chilly - saute - turmeric powder- saute - coriander powder- saute - pepper powder- chilly powder- saute - tomato- saute- salt - close the lid till tomato get softened- mash the tomatoes-jeera powder- garam masala- mix well - add some cooked white chana - put off the flame - let it cool and grind
3- add grounded masala in a pan and heat - add rest of chana - close the lid and cook - add kasuri methi n coriander leaves mix - add a bit of brown sugar - close the lid for 2 mins - & put of the flame,,, curry ready
