I like to watch farming channels I am from Central PA..and I found this channel about 2 weeks ago and I am going to go back and watch everything you put out...I can tell you this is the most impressive vegetable farm I have ever seen... The peppers my god how prolific they are ..some day I am going to make a trip up there ..not that far..and bring the biggest cooler I can find
My husband and I love watching you guys. The big kids (11,11,8) are sooooo bored with the farming but the babies (2,2,2,1) all love the animals. The noises of the cows and chickens always bring a smile. Whenever I leave a room one of the triplets yells “buh-bye!!!!” Thank you for that!
Always enjoy watching your videos, thanks to you guys for continually planting our favorite vegetables so that we can enjoy them. Farming is not an easy career, but I can tell that your family enjoys it plus working outside is a bonus. I grew up farming with my family but not to that degree, your farm is huge. God bless, stay safe with your family.
Great videos it's a pleasure not seeing oversized fuel guzzling machines, a great working team not frightened to bend their backs and use muscle power, keep up the great work helping to feed America, Best wishes from the UK 👍👍
Greetings from PuertoRico, Me and my parents we watch y'all guys every single day and we love your videos. You guys are amazing Blessings for all the family.
I hope the new cooler system works out well for ya'll. Love that Grandpa! Beautiful veggies and interesting stuff about veggie disease and how to avoid. We don't see all those different types of peppers here. My husband and I said we'd like to get one of each and taste. Except for the ghost peppers! 🥵 So sweet to help the calf with its milk. Sweet Callie!

It's been a good year for our Italian L's and we canned over 40 jars of tomato sauce. Tomato plants are done but the peppers are still growing. Figs in season and we have a bumper crop so making jams and preserves. Great family you have reminds me of my family farm when I was growing up and still run.
@@dennieloumccroby I think the peppers known as italianelles come in many different variety names such as simply being called Italian sweet pepper or Italian roasting pepper, or some of the following specific cultivars Jimmy nardello, Marconi, Corno di toro, Carmen, the godfather, frigitello, and Melrose to name a few... I've heard that Melrose is a big favorite of many in US but haven't grown that version myself

Love you guys. In my post harvest studies i learnt that many large harvestings are done at night to reduce the field temperature of the crop thereby saving you money on cooling. I know his may not be possible, but they were even special devices such as vacuum pump chillers for wet leafy vegetables, which efficiently brought the temperature down before things went in to the chiller for storage. Hope my ideas about field heat help you store vegetables cheaper and with less breakdowns. Love you guys!!
Huge fan of red snapper tomatoes. I tried Tachi tomatoes for the first time this year and they were the most productive sauce variety I had. Will be planting both again next year. Zone 7/west Texas
I plant Rio Grandes for sauce, and Mortgage Lifters for slicing. I'm starting to think that the Mortgage Lifters make a better sauce. I may have to redesign my entire garden next year, and grow all Mortgage Lifters. I just hate to put all of my tomatoes in one basket.
Andrew, you do an awesome job on these videos, don't know if you edit too, but it's all great work. I'm thinking you should give Gavin a camera for a half an hour and see what you get out of it, I bet he's got a lot to say and some good stuff. Take care.

Apple fig butter... Slow cook in crockpot. With lemon juice.
