I am doing a duet of this at school for our Christmas concert. It is such a beautiful song by Rutter! These girls are incredible! They sound perfect together🙌😍
Thank you, they are now in their last year of vocal music majors at university. My daughter is Frances and they met in a local arts / music high school and were in the Toronto Children's Chorus together as well. Agree its a beautiful song, alot of people find their way here who love this Rutter song. Best,
Beautiful harmonies and not easy to perform but not only did you sing it perfectly you look happy and relaxed which makes all the difference. Nice piano work too!

I just heard Angels Carol by Ruby Emillar played on BBC Radio 2 which won her young chorister of the year in 2021. It was so beautiful that I seached on UA-cam and found this wonderful version. It is every bit as good with Emily and Frances wonderful harmonies. It transports me back to all the school carol concerts and plays that I sang in in christmas's past. Brilliant work girls and of course the pianist.

This is one of my favourite pieces of music, and I've heard it many times (including a recording by my sister's choir), but this is an absolutely lovely version, beautifully sung (and played). Lovely.
@@GuitarDad5000 Well, it's a few years on now and I still love this, Can't find a better version! I'm seriously considering this as one of the songs for my funeral - so uplifting. (Hopefully won't need it for a long time, but I never get tired of listening to it!). Hope the girls are still making wonderful music together.

Thanks for the kind comment. Tom was playing lightly enough, and piano top was down too, but the hallway acoustics might be the culprit. That and Frances had a cold !
