- Today we're gonna show you guys how to use the 911 motorsports tube jig. We only started using this a few months ago and we already can't imagine working without it! If you follow us on IG you've seen Brittany bend and notch part of our roll cage/exo cage using this system, but we've never really explained exactly how to do it before.
This should serve as an easy beginners guide to using the Tube Jig. You can do several different bends at different offsets, then land them with crazy aggressive notches and have them meet up perfect every time. I'm telling you all this kit has opened up a world of possibilities for us with being able to mock up tubes and look at them before wasting any money bending material. As i type this the DOM we use for our cage is about 5 bucks a foot locally, the savings in material and time have already paid for this kit a couple times over.
We are NOT associated with 911 motorsports. This is not a sponsored video. We paid full price+tax for our kit and couldn't be happier with it. If you want to check it out here it is: www.911motorsports.net/Tube-B...

Great video, I like the step by step breakdown and team work, with a little extra humor. Transferring the center of bend to tangent is definitely confusing, but you explain it well. I'm glad you like it, thanks!
Your video style is like early 2000's Spike TV Powerblock vibe. Nostalgic AF, I dig it.
🤙🏾man I was a power block fanatic trucks with Stacy David spike had some killer stuff and these two have a dope channel
Thanks for making this, no idea this existed. I waste so much tube on screw ups
If you get it just keep in mind it takes a few tubes to figure out exactly how to use it, but once you do, the jig can literally cut your bending/notching time in half (or more). Also it's great to setup the tube you plan on bending for a cage, with the notches and angles dialed in, and be able to take a step back and look at it without ever spending a dollar on tube. Saves me from bending up stupid ideas pretty often.
@@WheelEveryWeekend The ability to setup and see the tube before you make it, is our favorite feature of the Tube Jig. I'm betting your scrap tube pile is gonna be getting smaller now.
Awesome bit of kit !!!
Good tube notch and bend video.
All Y’all ‘s taco is wicked. The first video I saw I just had to sub then binged the rest. this video was no exception. 🤙🏾
Great info!
Glad it was helpful!

Great video! Fun to watch this rig progress. If that was a Letterkenny reference then even more well done to you too!
There's such a thing as too much suspension travel, and a fella outta be aware of it
Great video. Can you show us how to build a truck around a fridge slide?
I literally have an entire playlist dedicated to our 3rd time building a truck around a fridge slide.
Fantastically fantastic -SqueakyTaco

I'm going to go sell my body under the name mike honcho to raise money to get you guys a miller so you two can make more awesome stuff 💪😬✌
Jesus please do lmao. I regret not taking out a loan to replace our miller 252 that got stolen while i was deployed. I'll do a video on how to JB weld the esab gun together so it works and how to trim the tips so they actually fit soon. It probably breaks once or twice a month...
@@WheelEveryWeekend I saw that. Made me sad! Specially since Miller's are so expensive. 😔 but your channel is great I can't wait to see it grow and to see you get more opportunities
My 3 year old daughter Loved the video ... until all the F-Bombs started lol
yeah but I bet I make more money in scrap steel than you do
