Off topic... I was making magnets a while back where you draw a small pic & glue it behind a flat marble, then add a magnet on back. It was about when Bea hid a pic of Chetty on Grandma's wall. So I screen shotted Chetty & Doug & drew from them to make magnets. Then found out the P.O. Box disappeared from the video description area... I couldn't send them to Bea, so now I have a Chetty & a Dougy magnet on my fridge!😅 I feel so fangirl. 😍

quick tip for a complex crochet round: re-write the instructions with each step on one line, and cross off as you complete each step. That huge block of step is super overwhelming, especially for us ADHDers! Breaking it down helps a TON!
I have no idea how you did all THREE of the pantry/fridge/closet in one day, the fridge alone would have taken me out for the rest of the week 😂 kudos to you bea! Also - there are some car washes that aren't fully enclosed! The one I go to is like that and it's kind of cool, it helps that you can see the sky from the inside as you go through so it doesn't feel so dark/enclosed inside. I'd check to see if you can find a car wash near you that has that structure!

You love BLUEY! I live in Paddington, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, which is Bluey's suburb! The local government is building a Bluey World here in Brisbane so when it opens next year you should come on over with the gang and have a visit. I love Bluey so much. And don't feel bad about the toothpaste. I seem to collect corn and tomato cans. As to Stephen's ADHD, my doctor told me that neurodivergent people get along better with each other than a neuro and typical, so it makes sense. I applaud your cleaning. I might have to follow.....might 😂

Whenever my anxiety ridden kids and I go through the car wash we love the big strips of fabric that lick the car. We all chant lick , lick. I find it hilarious and my kids are no longer afraid of the car wash.
The cubes on canvas project looks great. They do not have to be spaced evenly. There is beauty in flaws.
for your art project (if you want to adjust it0 - use your projector and project a grid pattern onto your canvas/board. then you can evenly place the blocks without having to spend hours measuring.

I have the same anxiety in car washes. I still have to look down or close my eyes. For me it’s a fear that I will break something and then be stuck. I also faced that fear about 6 months ago:) good on you for doing the things that make you uncomfortable!

I love the soft variation in cube placement: it makes the piece dynamic and gives it some movement which would be lost in the rigidity of a measured grid.
I can get a little freaked in the car wash too. It totally helps me if I clean the interior first cause then I feel all confident and put together, for a few minutes anyway, and I have less anxiety in a clean car for whatever reason.
Your skin has never looked better on this channel. The no sugar has made you literally glow.
When my dad got me my first car, he'd always tell me to clean out the trash while I'm pumping gas. Youvhave nothing better to be doing for a few minutes. 🤷♀️
This has stuck with me for years and it keeps my car easier to pick up when it's all stuff that I need to take inside the house and not mixed with random stuff to throw out.
Lol you just made me remember that my husband got stuck in a carwash and so he had to get out and push his tiny car out of the wash while it was going so he got soaked. 😂lol good times! Also I see those Sarah J Maas books! 🧚♀️

I’ve started putting a small post it on every container I put in the fridge and writing what’s inside, and as dumb as it sounds it’s really helped me cut down on the number of forgotten containers in the back of my fridge 😂😭 otherwise no matter how well I plan my shopping and meal prepping, once I put things into the fridge they are instantly wiped from my brain unless they are in the front two spots

I also have anxiety going through car washes. I've found that going to a laserwash/brushless car wash is a lot less triggering. Your car doesn't have to follow on a track and it just has a really strong hose that goes around your car. Happy to see you're taking on your anxieties! You've helped me stay motivated during hard times 💕💕
I often pull everything out and get very overwhelmed. I've discovered that by following Dana's method, I have much better success with large projects or when I'm just having a low energy day. Sometimes I do Dana's decluttering style until I think I can't do anything more, then pull it out then. That way I can organize it much better, and I usually find one or two things to declutter as well.

In my closet I tend to go from what I wear the most in the middle and what I wear the least on the sides so I can just do a quick look and grab.
I used to get panicky in car washes too. The more I did it, the more I got used to it. Like all things that cause anxiety. So good for you to do that.

Wish we could see your guy, but understand it can be hard being a star. Love your channel, tho the bongo drums in the beginning for some reason scare my dog to death!! She starts shaking and wants to go outside and won't come back in without some coxing. I live right next door in Nebraska!

You might find the book, Decluttering at the speed of life helpful. It really helped me get rid of a lot. I love your videos. Good just on the spring cleaning.
I kinda like that the cubes aren't perfectly spaced. It sorta makes the eye relax and then they start to move like an optical illusion. Don't be so hard on yourself to always be perfect, imperfections add to art too.

If you want to redo the blocks on canvas, a quick trick to get it gridded out: buy a chalk line reel measure evenly on each side of the canvas, line the chalk line up with the marks and use it to create the lines on the canvas for you. Then just wipe any extra chalk lines off after you're done glueing (God I hope those instructions make sense...). I'm also going through a declutter/deep clean and I keep having this argument with my spouse about where do you keep 'extras'? Like where are they SUPPOSED to go?!? Do you store them with the currently in use item, or do you store them in some secret second place you'll immediately forget about and not know you've got 8 toothpastes until you buy another toothpaste!? I even talked to my therapist about it. She also said she didn't know 😅
I’ve been raging cleaning/decluttering my house this morning and literally was thinking it was spring cleaning in winter. I needed some company while doing this so it was funny that the first time I got on UA-cam and you were up to the exact same thing. ☺️
The 8 tubes of toothpaste reminded me of when I decluttered the bathroom cabinets a few months ago and found at least 6 bottles of partially used aloe vera gel and that's because every time we go on a cruise instead of packing a bottle we buy a new one. We also have a lot of sunscreens. I also need to go back to our cat room/office/hobby room and finish the tidying up we started in there in December 2023 and did not complete. Well done for tackling so much in one go!

That stuffie is big if it's 100+ stitches around. Suggestion read the whole thing and try and visualize it before attempting it. You also draw the round. Don't complicate it though, assign a symbol to a stitch and draw the round. Beyond that do a couple of rows at a time, you'll get there... And remember to take breaks 😅

Yes!!!! MUFFIN IS THE BEST CHARACTER. Granny Mobile was my favorite episode, her grouchy granny is an accurate reflection of my mood sometimes.
I do the same thing of buying again things I didn't know I already had, and I didn't have this problem before the pandemic, so you're onto something with your theory. Also, I live in a country with almost 200% annual inflation so unintentionally stocking up on non-presihable groceries is kind of a happy accident. I loved this cleaning inspiration, Bea and love seeing you looking and sounding so well.
