EDIT: Kurtis Conner just shared in his video today that there is professional tag (as in, tag, you're it)!! Apparently our old folks games are becoming the millennial/gen z competitions.
As soon as you said "speed puzzling" I instantly went to the anxiety inducing "minute-math" many of us in the U.S. had to endure in elementary school... Where a lot of our anxiety began. 😳😅😭 Love you Bea! 😍

Bea, you are good enough at diy that you could 100% replace sprinkler lines. The difficult part is tying it into the water line and adding the control unit BUT you should already have those! Plus a super old sprinkler control unit is kinda like a super old thermostat, no need to replace them if they work!
Oh Bea please see this, your piggies need much much more hay than that! I have four as well and I've done a lot of research and I'm in a lot of Facebook groups that help with opinions and advice and they need a mountain of hay at all times. They should never be out of hay ever.

So true about the real estate thing. When my landlord put the property up for sale, we were still living in the house. The estate agents descended like vultures. They organized CONSTANT house tours, leading people through who looked at our stuff, touched our stuff, and caused so much stress. New agents would suddenly open our door and said they saw estate signs on our lawn, could they pretty please get the owner's number so they too could try and sell the house. It was like somebody dropped a bloody piece of mutton between pirannahs. Luckily we found a house after two months and moved TF out.

As good as it is to sometimes do things out of your comfort zone, part of the benefit of that is to increase what is in your comfort zone. That you have building, drawing, making stuff, raising animals, cooking, editing and more in your comfort zone is pretty good. For me, the goal is really more to not be passive and remain interesting to myself and have something interesting to offer those I care about.

Girl the umbrella of overwhelm is so relatable! You know you best- but I will say I think it’s worth to consider what energy the earth is in RN. As someone who feels very connected to the rythms of our earth- springtime always brings a boost of energy and every year for about two-three weeks- I experience that as anxiety because my winter routine is no longer working for me and I need to make a shift! Maybe you can look critically at your routine and see what you can change to match the springtime energy! Just sharing because that helps me ❤

My family does a puzzle game every year on New Year’s Eve. Two teams (usually boys vs girls) have 6-7 identical puzzles and you try to get them all done first. One of my favorite parts of New Year’s Eve! 🎉

I'm no psychologist but as a fellow ADHD haver, it's probably a combination of time blindness and executive dysfunction. You feel pressured to not do anything and be "ready", lack the execution to start a new task, and an accurate perception of time to know how long something will take. So you just kinda... sit there and wait lol. It's okay! Happens to me too.
Yup, yup, yup. No can do regular stuff when waiting for an appointment. Especially appointments without an exact time. I’ve just decided to be ok with it. Or farm out tha waiting around to a significant other 😅

I had no idea this was a thing, but my son and I were born for this!! We're puzzle obsessed. Lol. He's 7¹\² and loves puzzles. We've done several 1000+ piece ones. He also likes other grandpa actives, like creating and doing his own word searches. Lol. He has ADHD but he really will seat and focus for these type of activities. Also, the team names were amazing!!!

Omg this looks so fun!!! Me and my mom love puzzles and sometimes we'll play puzzle chess! Lol we found 100-300 piece puzzles from the thrift stores and download a free chess timer, you can work together as a team on the edges but then you see who has the best time at the end! Also no floating pieces(has to be attached at least on one side) so that also makes it challenging! It's pretty fun!🥰🥰🥰
