As an organist who also plays Sax…I’d agree but it’s on both of them. In many churches Space is often not created for the Sax player. Sax players often are left to fight for space or squeeze in where they can fit in. I didn’t realize this until I started playing Sax. We need to intentionally leverage the full ensemble of gifting.
I know everybody wants the honor of being able to say hey I played with Cory or plain extra Cory but you do not ever play while he's playing unless he tells you to where did this guy come from with the sax whoever that was please don't do that
