This video shows the lid being clamped shut for cooking, but the instructions that come with the product say not to do that. Which is correct?

I NOTICED SAME THING SO I EMAILED HAMILTON BEACH AND THEY REPLIED THAT THE LID IS TO BE LOCKED DOWN ONLY FOR TRANSPORTNG, NEVER DURING COOKING..BUT I HAVE SEEN SEVERAL VIDEOS WHERE LIDM IS LOCKED FOR COOKING..
