I have a 2006 too and I just installed new KYB Struts that came loaded with the springs and it lifted the front end perfectly to level it out. Obviously I had to have an alignment service performed. It handles a bit different but it rides really nice. I bought them on the RockAuto website.

I have a 07 Toyota 4runner Silver which i really like much but i have 1 issue. The back is higher than the front which i dont like. I would like to get the back the same height as the front giving it that LOW PROFILE look. Any advice on how that can be done??
I love the rear window, one top reason I bought it too mine is almost exactly like this same year just with 75k miles pristine condition with a 3 inch lift love it wish I had a spoiler on the back tho
What you need to do with the rear mud flaps so there’s not that hole is cut the mud flap part of and put the other part back on. That’s what I did with my 4th gen

They do make leveling kits for 2wd 4runners. I have a Motofab 2.5 inch front leveling kit on mine and its awesome. Its Billet Aluminum rather than composite plastic like most spacers you find. Nothing on back and I fit 265/70r17 with little rubbing on front but nothing a little plastic trimming cant handle.
You have water coming in the rear lifegate because mine does. Another question is i wish they had a rear lowring kit for the back. I like the height of the front so i wanted to lower the back the same as the front.
would love to see what the 3rd row seating looks like in a future vid. do you know if 4runners that dont come with the seats have the housing to accept someone elses 3rd row seats? rig looks good thanks
bilstein 5100 shocks up front should level it out nicely. looks clean af either way. just curious, hows your AC? the lowest fan setting is so weak its like its barely on even when i close the vents for rear seats. the next setting higher feels like the lowest setting in other toyotas. wondering if its all 4G or just mine is weak

Just to let you know, 3 inch spacer up front will most likely leave you with a slight squat. 2.5 up front should get you perfectly level.
