Only thing I wish the 4th gens had better was the front cup holders don't hold cups well they always tip when acceleration or deceleration wish they were like the 3rd gen 4runners from 99 to 2002
@@shiftautomotive854 for specific cups the changing the plastic arms don't really hold up to anything when you accelerate or decelerate they will spring closed and then the cup is loose
Thanks man! I just called the shop that does regearing and talked to them about my truck and what I wanted out of the regear and got one of their packages for 4.88s. I’m not exactly sure what to order if you’re ordering straight from a website.
Sick! Love the build simple clean, cool trunk setup seems like that would be great for a daily and perfect for a camping trip if you wanted to throw a matt in the back instead of full camping gear or rooftop tent.
They aren’t gnarly lol. Some of the cleanest cuts I’ve seen. They were clean cuts that were sanded and have edge trim over them. Guy that did mine cuts fenders all day and knows that he’s doin
I think your best bet is to design one yourself they are fairly easy to make. I don't know of too many people who make setups like this. Check out @solidwoodworx.
Love the Runner, sorry if I didn’t catch it in the vid but how many inches do the kings give you in the front as well as the Dobinsons springs in rear? Also, what size tires are you running?
It’s interesting how the younger generation says “I feel like” constantly, instead of “I think”. That’s good though. Therapy will be needed soon. Awesome truck! I have the 2005 and am waiting for my RR wheels on backorder. Hopefully June! 👍

Thank you! Yes, my thoughts exactly. It's perfect for someone who doesn't camp every weekend
Like that you keep it looking stock, my 2014 runner is set up similar, tires and suspension, some led bulbs and Done deal. Sick runner man
Appreciate it man! OEM+ is the way!
Love this setup!!
thank you!
You can clean those gnarly fender flares cuts up with an orbital sander. I did mine and they look tight, but I didn't cut mine with a drywall saw. 😁😉

Love the setup and nice rig
Looks awesome. Didn’t catch it on the video, but are you running spacers?
No spacers!
just got a 2007 toyota 4runner and how the heck do you engange the 4x4? 4LOW, 4HI, etc. do I have to be on neutral all the time or?
Put it in park and turn the knob to 2h/4h/4L whichever you want and wait till you hear the drivetrain shifting and you're good to go
I prefer to do everything in neutral. I’ve just heard that’s the safest
where can i find a similar trunk shelf/cubbie setup??

Your my inspiration for my 4 runner love how clean and simple it is, quick question, so your only on a 2.5 lift ? No additional lift ?
Thank you I appreciate it! yeah ide say around 2.5 in the front and close to 3 in the rear. no additional lift
Nice set up man. I Hava 04 limited and going to buy a 03 limited tomorrow. Can't have to many yotas.
Heck ya man the limited trims are sick my brother has an 03 limited
Digging the rig bro! Picked up an 05 with 53k on it back in november! If you ever want to send it lmk I'm in SoCal

What are you running for spares?
Spare what?
If you turn somewhat sharp and accelerate does your VCS/Traction control beep at you?
Not for me. I have the Limited with XREAs so it's not bad either.
I had this issue, check closely the tire rubs and triggers the system

yes, its very annoying but there is a way where you can disable it but then you lose ATRAC
