I can't argue with any of that, so I'll just say hello Scott. Of all the coffee farms in Nicaragua, who do you feel taste the best. I don't worry about dark or light roast, They both can be wonderful.

Great video as always SAM but i gotta give my 2 cents in the matter. The idea that crime doesnt like heat isn't my experience at all. Salvador da bahia is one of the hottest and most dangerous cities in brazil (i fell victim Multiple times there)...
Cartagena is considered one of the most dangerous places in colombia and its by far the hottest. (I never had an issue there)
My summary: i see it more of a combination of opportunities (ports with tons of corruption) and historical factors (history of slavery and being marginalized for decades) that causes it.
    Great vid 🎉

It's not horrible. Just be aware that tons of the info is incorrect. I KNOW people who list on there and have things listed at like $200/mo but it's actually that a night, or the location is hours away from where it states, or they say money in the wrong currency so you are off by huge amounts. Only a tiny number of properties available are on there, and assume everything is misinformation. It's often illiterate or tech illiterate people posting info and they often don't understand the currencies, designations, terms, or assume you'll figure it out from context. But even locals do use it to see what is out there. So not the worst. But, it's a pain to try to get good info out of.

Please give me your thoughts on expats losing SS check if living out of the country. Is it possible that Trump puts that law into place?
