Great progress!! Also look into red light therapy. IRestore is one brand. You look like you may have CCCA alopecia which is genetic with DHT being the underlying culprit. Look at internal and external DHT blockers.

I came from your ATL video lol. I also saw your nutrafol review. What do you think is the better product ? I’ve been taking iron, keratin pills, and collagen pills. My hair is still long, but still experiencing shedding. I want it to be thicker.
Hey! Sooo I’m not a professional so I would always suggest anyone to seek a professional for advice. I just share my own experience lol. I do like Nutrafol and I did see results, it just was not something I could afford. I like the minoxidil because I can afford it and I’m seeing results. I think even seeing a general doctor is a good idea or even a dermatologist. My friend was experiencing massive shedding and turns out she had a thyroid. If she had not seen a general doc she probably would have never known the cause of her shedding. Not saying you have a thyroid, but there are so many reasons connected to hair loss that only a professional will know.

What you think about rogaine
I think rogaine has the same ingredients as the product I’m using. I honestly think a lot of people use it and just keep it to themselves lol. Which is fine.

Rogaine is the same thing as Minoxidil, rogaine is just the brand name and minoxidil is the drug name. Similar to how Tylenol is a brand name and acetaminophen is the actual drug name.
