Hi I've been doing those treatments for years and I can tell you: the smaller lock of hair you pass the hair straighther on make total difference in the results. Because of these we spend so many hours in the saloon doing that - the hairdresser literally do it strand by strand.
Never never never flat iron on slightly damp hair big no no. Also you want to blow dry on a cooler setting so the product doesn't burn off before locking it in through straightening
I know this video is almost 2 years old, but my god, theee best!!! I like how you started the video off before you even did the treatment so we got to really see (and pssss analyze) your hair before. And then you gave us the whole process of doing it. I only UA-cam’d (it’s a verb now) keratin for curly hair, and you popped up. So I haven’t gone through your videos yet, but I hope you still do them yourself. Anyway, great video!!!
Wonderful video. Just wondering how long this whole process took for you, from the initial shampoo to end of straightening? Just trying to figure out how long it will take me
Hello my dear I think you did a good job. My hair isnt as curly but it's got strange waves that just dont look nice . I really want to do one of these myself. I am a hair stylist so I'm confident I can do it just not sure which formula to use. I'm sorry that lady ripped you off, if you're not sure you always tell the client an estimate.
I just got a Brazilian Blowout. I had a couple different kinds many years ago. The thing is that I was comparing prices in my area and went to the one that was the cheapest. They said $150 plus I’ll have to buy a couple products after. Which is fine but there shampoo $35 conditioner was $35 and they wanted $35 for a 3rd step which I didn’t get because I think that is a rediculas for supplies. She said if I didn’t get it they can’t Guarantee it and I needed to but all 3 for them to guarantee it. If I Had known that the prices for aftercare was that much I might have asked questions at better salons to see my f there price included aftercare products and might have ended up paying same price but at a Salon I more preferred. If that makes sense. That’s tricky and I don’t like that. They should have been up front about the aftercare cost. So now I worry if my hair gets a going to last. After spending $230 I would think it should have to. I’m just wonder if it don’t last , I bet you can’t do anything anyway. I would think they can’t guarantee anything. I assume if it don’t last that is on Me anyway.
I’m so sick of hairstylists deceptive tactics like giving you a price in the beginning and then it turns out to be way more at the end. Or telling you a price on the phone and then when they have you there saying it’s going to be more. Also saying that you should never do your hair at home. I’ve gone to a “pro” who did a shit job on my hair when an at home product would do a better job
This happened to me :( it was so uncomfortable. The chemical went into my eye and it was burning and I was struggling to breathe the whole time and the lady doing my hair was rushing so wouldn't let me wash my eye out. She was also shaming me for having such thick hair but the treatment is for thick hair?? She kept telling me "a professional salon would charge double", "I did not think it would take so long, I have another client!", "I use very expensive chemicals". In the end she was trying to over charge me until I insisted I have a friend who have similar hair that does not pay that much (I put my friend on the phone and showed pictures) and refused to pay the amount she was asking for. Eventually she lowered it to the amount my friend pays. After three days my scalp was sooo dry and itchy and I sent her pics and she told me "this has never happened to me before" which is BS as it is common for after keratin treatment that the scalp can be dry. So be careful ladies! I went to a woman who had an Instagram account so I thought it would be more reliable but many of the likes are the same accounts liking.
You're suppose to straighten your hair and not wash for 3 days. Once she washed her hair she got her curls back, just with out the frizz, which is what she was going for. And the treatment is suppose to last about 3 months.
Please, I’ll do this for you for free. All you have to is buy the materials. I looks you have to do small sections for better results. There are some products that won’t sting your eyes
All that at home hair dye, yah, theres your frizz frizz darlin... But also you most likely use suave shampoo or a 2 n 1 god forbid. If you start using the right products thats 75% of the battle 🤟🤟🤟

How is this in high humidity and smell when washing
Hi thanks for your video! Just Wondering if you experienced significant hair loss afterwards?
No! I did not :) And my curls came back after a couple months actually! So no need to be scared about your curls never coming back :)
Love your videos ... did you end up with curly roots and straight ends ??? Thank you

@@witneyh9353 awful experience but I’m not surprised.
Try a gay male or just do it at home. There are UA-cam tutorials for everything now ;)

Wow so cool we have the same name! Yes it definitely was worth saving the money and doing it at home :)
