- Hail, traveler! It's been quite some time since we wandered in Skyrim together! Join me once more for a relaxing whispered walk in this beautiful, rugged land. And this time, you'll get to view the world from my eyes, see what I see, thanks to this arcane magic known as "Skyrim VR!" Impressive, isn't it? What's more, today we're celebrating the 11th anniversary of our first meeting, and for this special occasion, I thought we would wander to the most epic point in all of Skyrim: High Hrothgar! Tales tell of a rare and wondrous ale that the Greybeards brew there, which will be a perfect way to celebrate this momentous occasion!
This is the second Wandering in Skyrim episode filmed in VR! I recorded everything using my Oculus Rift headset, meaning what you see on screen is what I see in VR. It's kind of like a virtual Skyrim GoPro. The result is a (hopefully) more immersive experience for you, at the cost of shakier camerawork (trust me, I was trying to keep my head as steady as I could!). I would love to hear your opinions on this experiment, good or bad. Please leave a comment below!
ASMR triggers include up-close whispering, incidental mouth sounds, soothing wind, crackling fires, and relaxing Skyrim ambience. I recommend listening with headphones for the best experience! 🎧

Years ago, when I discovered your channel, I watched one of your Wandering in Skyrim videos. That video then led to me buying a copy of the game for PS3 even though I'd never played that kind of game before. I just thought it looked so nice that I had to have a go. A Dovahkiin who cares only for peaceful travel, and who speaks only in hushed whispers. All but one of The Greybeards speak in hushed voices too, for their voices are so powerful that should they speak normally the lands would crumble. I like to imagine a similar situation being the case here, speaking in a whisper due to possessing such a powerful Thu'um.
Hah, I quite like this interpretation! May I integrate it into a future video if feel so inclined?

Love the video! Especially the hand movements, pointing out various places, objects and animals was very immersive. Only gripe if I had one, would be all the wolves lol, they were very talkative
Glad you enjoyed it my friend! It was fun to be able to point at things and inject a bit more personality into it. The wolves, unfortunately, were EVERYWHERE, and both vocal and apparently suffering from respiratory issues, as usual 😂 I need some way to just make all the wolves go away while I wander 🤔
They're kinda cute as far as wolves go, I did appreciate the animals being calm and not mauling anyone like they normally do in game
Whenever I see a new Skyrim VR video, I feel compelled to redownload it and spend several hours updating Wabbajack with all the crazy new mods. I’ve never once regretted it; just an unbelievable VR experience
