All we have to do is take the story of TES VI and integrate it into Skyrim through mods and tweak it how we feel it should be. To give the Elder Scrolls series a proper send off.” Let’s hope we don’t have to pay Todd a visit. 😂
I love Wildlander but after so many years it was getting bland for me. This looks like something that will bring me back so thank you for showcasing this :)
I enjoy mods that add fleshed-out NPCs, it just seems so hard to add voiced ones that feel immersive, probably because vanilla Skyrim only has like 4 voice actors, so any other voice seems out of place.
Agreed, so strange that it never felt immersion breaking to hear the same voice for a Jarl, and like 10 different vnedors etc... but when we hear someone brand new, it sounds odd to us.
Minor nitpick is that slavery was actually outlawed in morrowind shortly after the events of morrowind and shortly before the events of oblivion. But I do think the telvanni still practices it illegally. Possibly house Dres as well.
I actually worried about that when I was thinking about my characters backstory, but in the end decided "eh, there are probably still some people that practice it, morrowind is a bit of a "wild west" of a region, screw it" lol. Some of the mage lords are so powerful it's kind of like... they'd just go "You want me to stop using slaves? Make me lol" and no one could.
There's a performance mode for it but... man I'll be honest I thought it looked really bad in comparison. Still a great mod list in terms of gameplay without the graphics, but the graphics on ultra are just *chef's kiss*.
@ I found that there wasn’t a huge difference in performance between the modes, and yeah the normal and performance look significantly worse than ultra. To be fair I’m playing at 4k but Wildlander runs smoothly for me, need a 4090 to play LoreRim at 4k I guess lol.
1:55 Kill not the part of you that is cringe, kill the part of you that cringes. 3:20 It's always jarring when one sees a massive difference. I'm so use to seeing PSBoss's statues, that the one there caught me off guard. 9:00 To be fair, Trinimac and Malacath are technically the same god, but Malacath is after Trinimac was eaten and crapped out by another god. 10:56 That's acvtually a very good point. There needs to be a mod that adds amulets and shrines (or allows you to worship at their already existing shrine) to EACH deadric god. 19:50 That's actually really distracting. You can see his tusks moving with his lips while he talks. They're only supposed to move with his jaw since they're teeth, but they squish in and out. That's a mod oversight.
Unrelated to the current content, but do you plan on continuing your FROST playthru? Ik it’s supposed to be permadeath but I wouldn’t mind seeing you continue to play on that save
To be honest i have been dreading and putting off doing the heavily edited second half of the latest video and I think I may switch back to my normal "lightly edited" style, basically like this video for Frost. The enthusiasm from viewers has been nice but spending 3 hours recording and 5-8 hours editing/narrating the content down into a 20-30 minute video is just a soul crushing amount of work, and not something I can continue doing while also having a full time job. I gotta have time to cook and clean and do all that normal "adulting" stuff that we unfortunately have to do. So yes, it will continue, and uh... I didn't die that I was aware of. But it's going to be my normal style video (like this, but a bit shorter).
@@TheWandererPlays I rather watch the uncut stuff. It's a more enjoyable journey. With all the good and bad. The frost series is awesome. But this here is really promising. Love the character. Roleplay as an orc starting with just a few items is awesome.
Damn it’s good to see Remi 1:11:14 I used to run that mods on my Xbox but then out of nowhere it’d crash my game every time I’d travel the road from riverwood to whiterun both ways and it’d crash in the same spot every time right behind the honeyingbrew meadery
Also I’d either fast travel or take other ways to get past that point where it’d crash the game it would work for a few mins or what not but then it would just start crashing my game even more it would get to the point where I’d get 6 crashes within 30 mins it started pissin me off so I uninstalled it I miss the mod it was great but I’d rather not have to deal with crashin my game
1:14 - Damn. I REALLY like the new character creation interface. I guess I never realized how much I disliked that of the vanilla game until I saw one that was massively better. Edited to add: And it even has numbers accompanying the sliders! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!
All character creators need the number so you can remember things for future settings, 100% agree. And it's even more necessary considering that there are literally 500+ beard styles alone lol.
I m bulding a pc just to play modded skyrim, i m going with rtx 3060 and a amd ryzen 5 7500 + 32gb ram , do you think it could run lorerim? It is possible to adjust the graphics with this modlists? I don't carr about 4k or 1440p if it runs at 1080 with these graphics at 30/40 fps is already good, i m loving your vids btw, every time at my work break i watch your adventures 🤣😆
I think it runs pretty well on the non ultra modes but you may be better off catching Biggie on one of his streams and asking him, since it's his list. The performance mode looks... well, it looks a lot worse lol. but it runs on a much less powerful machine.
Have you done Lexy’s Lotd? I’m playing that rn and love watching your videos of games while I play them. It took me two weeks to build Lexy’s lotd and it’s the best mod list I’ve ever played. I learned so much from compiling it
Going to be honest that's just too much time investment for me. Between my full time job and trying to make daily videos, I often slack on IRL obligations as is. Trying to do some extreme modding like that would be too much for me. I enjoy playing and the end result that the mod list provides, but if it's going to take more than a work day's worth of time... very unlikely I'll bother with it. Lorerim is a Wabbajack so aside from a few small pre-requisites, I just set up the wabbajack installer and walked away for 6-7 hours, then was able to play it in the morning after sleeping lol.
@ that’s totally fair. I don’t think Lexy’s LoTD is on wabajack, on account of the large amount of manual edits and mod updates the user needs to do but if it is on wabajack it would be sick to see you play it. Can’t wait to watch this series. Looks like I’m renewing my membership
4090 and an i9-14900K. However, I heard Biggie say in the other day (the wizard who put together this amazing mod list), that he has actually gotten better performance with heavily modded Skyrim on an AMD CPU, so that might be worth looking into. And also, the whole thing with Intel 13th and 14th gen CPUs cooking themselves due to the chips having bad firmware, and Intel refusing to do anything about it...
The modlist author has also endorsed and made a video about Vramr that streamlines the textures in the modlist, tho it is not officially supported by the modlist author for support. No to big of a problem as it is easily disabled to re run any game bugs you find.
@@TheWandererPlays The latest BIOS updates from your manufacturer should solve this. I have a an ACER PREDATOR HELIOS 16 gaming Laptop with an I914900X and the latest 1.14 BIOS update made it run much cooler
Not really, wabbajack does 99% of the work. You do need a premium account on nexusmods to enable the automatic downloading, otherwise you have to click through stuff and it would take half a year. But I just got the pre-req's installed, made sure I had a clean skyrim install, then left Wabbajack to run overnight.
I'm currently installing Lexy's LOTD.... taking a break after 2 weeks of downloading, making mistakes, undoing them, going back etc..... this is my 3rd attempt. Oh, this is a Wabbajack....okay....mmm, that would possibly bork my current build due to file paths, I think. Although if MO2 is installed as instances....no. I need a break. It does look amazing.
Just keep your skyrim install folder pristine and clean, or at the very least, have a backup folder that is pristine, and point the wabbajack towards that folder. You could even back up your current install, deleted it, force a fresh clean download from steam, move that pristine skyrim folder to a different location, and then put your old folder back if you really wanted. This wabbajack was super easy to install with Nexus Premium. I made sure I had the Visual C++ requisites, which I already did due to installing other mods that needed them, then i told wabbajack to install and walked away for 5 hours while it did it's thing. Came back and I'm ready to play.
u did almost waltz in to the forsworn encampment at the bottom of skyheaven temple (blades) after starting as a slave and stealing everything of value from the people that took you in..
With you try8ng some of the waabajack stuff would you consider a less lore friendly mod pack for fallout 4? The stalker pack or some such? I know there are other more lore friendly type packs and so on. However your approach to things is a big reason i watch you. Fascinating stuff. Either way i enjoy regardless.
Every time I've tried different mod packs for Fallout 4 it just makes me wish I was playing Horizon or Frost instead lol. I hope someday I do find something I like as much as those two.
@TheWandererPlays maybe there's a combination of things that would satisfy that. Simply enjoy your approach. I would be curious about how you would approach a stalker or metro type list. I realize it wouldn't be strictly lore friendly. Weapons and armor and so on. I wonder if the horizon mod has options to add alternate methods for what it does. For example I play on Xbox. So i don't have access to it. So use beacons for loot retrieval. Weapon type limitations. 1 rifle 2 sidearms. Etc. Hunter gatherer stations. Water processing. Settler load out options with ammo. Start ak74u and progress to m4 and send lower tier to settlers. Armor. So on. Military record based skills. Medic. Infantry. So on. Maybe it's a one off episode. But would be curious to see how that would work given how you approach it.
What ticks me off is the width of the shields like bruh those are thicker than a wall how can you carry something like that, even a cannon would not make it through

Dude, just wait for 3.0.. :D
Lorerim, Wildlander and Arkay Commandment are the best Requiem modpacks
Here I am with 779 mods thinking (man I’ve really out done myself) just to see someone with a 3500 mod list 😂
@@TheWandererPlays glad I'm not the only one lol
Minor nitpick is that slavery was actually outlawed in morrowind shortly after the events of morrowind and shortly before the events of oblivion. But I do think the telvanni still practices it illegally. Possibly house Dres as well.
I actually worried about that when I was thinking about my characters backstory, but in the end decided "eh, there are probably still some people that practice it, morrowind is a bit of a "wild west" of a region, screw it" lol. Some of the mage lords are so powerful it's kind of like... they'd just go "You want me to stop using slaves? Make me lol" and no one could.
holy crap the game looks amazing
This looks amazing
Good mod list if you can run it, unfortunately my 7800xt and 5800x isn’t quite enough for a smooth experience, but it’s cool to see others play it.
There should be a mod that allows you to play as RFK Jr.
Extremely hyped for this.
gonna buy new ssd for this modpack
Absolutely beautiful
Yeah I got that part mixed up with someone else I think, my bad :D
@@TheWandererPlays I rather watch the uncut stuff. It's a more enjoyable journey. With all the good and bad. The frost series is awesome. But this here is really promising. Love the character. Roleplay as an orc starting with just a few items is awesome.
Ohhhhh I’m so hyped for this!!!
nice video man, what enb are you using?
Did you get the orc chief doll in first longhouse? I vaguely remember a mod that added dolls that gave small buffs
Wait the give buffs?! Brb.
lol yea there’s a whole bunch but I think the orc one adds a small passive for heavy armor
I HIGHLY Recommend using the wheeler menu. Press G
wow this looks breathtaking. I'm on an rtx 4060ti and i dont think it would run on my pc
oh it would! there are multiple profiles to choose from, ranging from performance to ulta settings. fyi im running on normal on a 4050 laptop
When this game meets ChatGPT it will be unique.
imagine npcs fully talking and reacting to everything, it will be insane in a few years
They already do but it isn’t implemented super well (understandable because vocal ai is still relatively new)
Crying… orzammar is one of the dwarven cities in da
Lorerim is definitely the bees knees
Lame ahh dude 😂
2:46 he talked about not wanting to be cringe and then went on to translate the language and explain the last name lore of orcs 🤣
alot of the city orcs worship trinimac
What are your pc specs? Cause damm now i want to have a pc that can handle this kind of skyrim modding.
@ alright alright thx man, i am definitly going to look into this cause i am in need of a upgrade so this definitly helps, thanks man!
My current mega modded skyrim is almost 400GB
Is it a lot of work to get the mods installed?
Dabbled in mods years ago, but this seems like I have to be a rocket scientist!😅
I'm waiting for 3.0
My god, this games graphics are fire...
Better then TES6 is going to be
We'll see. I hope for the best but am prepared for the worst.
Thanks
nice, whats the ENB preset option you are using with it?
I used all the default stuff recommended by Biggie on the Ultra preset, which means the Cabbage ENB.
Came back and I'm ready to play.
you really didnt recognize SKY HAVEN TEMPLE.
over 10 years since I did the main quest lol. Between that and all the massive changes of this pack, this is basically a new game to me.
@@TheWandererPlays fair enough i guess, been like 2 years for me since i finished a playthrough lol
Bethesda needs to start hiring the mod community... And fire Todd Howard!!!!
God i love requiem
This looks amazing but I'll probably just stick to a few mods i want to play skrim not another game but still looks pretty good have fun man
u did almost waltz in to the forsworn encampment at the bottom of skyheaven temple (blades) after starting as a slave and stealing everything of value from the people that took you in..
*Everything of value that I could carry!
I can always go back for more.
Any idea if Legacy of the Dragonborn is included in this?
It is
the leg gap :3
This is what i wish my xbox could do 😢
With you try8ng some of the waabajack stuff would you consider a less lore friendly mod pack for fallout 4?
@@TheWandererPlayssim Settlements 2 is also a superb mod pack.
Okay now I need another SSD... damn 550gb is a bit of a chunky boy...
Anyone happen to know the mods used for the numbers on the stat bars and the clock widget? Would be neat a standalone download.
Could anyone tell me what mod it is that changes the health, stamina, and magicka bars like that?
What ticks me off is the width of the shields like bruh those are thicker than a wall how can you carry something like that, even a cannon would not make it through
