To save time and reach 4th boss in time dont loot the previous bosses. Just kill them,mount up and move to the next. U can loot the bosses after the 4th boss. If u dont loot them they will not despawn and the loot will wait for u.
When you listen to it, it's a very good guide. When you watch the video, you get the vibes from the first time you stepped foot into ZA. 15 years later, seeing it in high definition makes me weep that some people don't know skip strategies and cluster packs.
*TLDL - AMAZING HEALERS.* HEX LORD MALACRASS - I joined a clean-up pug for the last two bosses. Healing through this was too much for my group. If you are a Paladin make sure to put up shadow resist aura. You can't cast to heal yourself unless you have an ability/gear allowing this. HoT's are king here, and people need to be 100% topped off beforehand. Our group had two druids and two warlocks but couldn't keep up even with battle res and healthstones. I don't know how many people used them both/at all but they are crucial. We had TROUBLE when trying to CC them. Poly broke from waiting to consecrate etc etc. shackle and banish are annoying to keep up. Just nuke them down, starting with the imp or ghost. This pug disbanded, one healer was doing a TON of healing through HoT's and the resto shaman was unable to keep up. Keep this in mind if you are trying to form up a group. Good luck out there!
we ran into a problem on the first boss, the dbm doesn't display the correct time when the boss casts a storm and when to run together. the update did not help ... every time we wipe there
No way SWP is later than June. It was 4 months between Phase 2 and Phase 3 release. I'd bet mid May/early June for SWP. Would put WOTLK:C release around November of this year.
AOE down Hex Lord Malacrass. Sure. Works great if you have all BIS gear and aren't here for upgrades. And if you have a pally tank. I know. I'm the last hold out who likes going with warrior / druid tanks and doesn't like paladins. I should reroll already.
disclaimer - if in near full phase 3 bis..entire raid.....pull everything, blow shit up. 0 chance you don't get the bear due to just how much you outgear the place.
Nice guide but TBH I feel like its not complete : You barely talked about trash mobs and I think they are an important part of the dungeon especially for the Timed chests run. Probably people will actually need another guide to fully understand it ;)

Great guide but 5th Boss is never the easiest boss here, dmg income is quiet big and consec can wipe the melees if not play properly
yeah when he said easiest the only thing saving that was the full tier gear going into it.
