Sidenote about OB/OD, not only is the 6ob nice to use, the 7od can be used to make some really saucy phrasing peaks once I learned how to bend it. I do agree completely that the infatuation with ob/od’s is only applicable if it enhances your sound. It’s just a cool parlor trick if it’s not being used musically.
