SPRINGBLINDS: Roller Shades Spring Tension Fix
Fix Tension with 3/16" Hex (Very Common in Ikea).
1. Close Shade All The Way In
2. Line Up Fabric
3. Take off Cover (You can leave as well. Not Necessary.)
4. Plug Hex Tool Completely into The Spring System
(You can see a hole on the side.)
5. Wind clockwise to give tension.
(Small Shade: 10~18 times) (Larger Shade: 10~14 times)
6. You can check if shade retracts fine.
(Big shade over 70 inch, Please get someone's help.)
7. If you need more tension, wind clockwise more.
If shade retracts too fast, wind counter-clockwise.
