🇬🇭Ghanaian here so I’ll break it down
1, Ok the first one is a-hom-ka ginger… it’s not an everyday snack(more like medicine).. it’s wonderful for a flu or cold
2, green plantains chips are the best ( glory is right, they are literally sold in street traffic)
3, Malt is a must!!!! For every occasion… best served chilled. Pair with a flour based snack.
    5. Nn-ka-ti- cake .. it’s crushed peanut in caramel.. another road-trip food
6, chin - chin is road trip food.. it’s usually sweet
    Ps love love you guys

    Hi sice and rice🤩
It's nice to see Matt in good spirits. So, let's get into the snacks. I'm from the Caribbean (Trinidad), and a lot of these snacks are common in my country. The ginger sweets. When you have a sow throat have one you'll see the difference. Matt never ever calls Plantains a banana. You almost had the Latinos the African the Caribbean people coming at you. The Malta is so good and a great energy boost. Especially for females at that time of the month. Especially the Guinness brand of it. I personally like it room temperature. But I live in Canada so it is always a chill in the air. It's good to see you guys trying different countries snacks.

#4 is Kuli Kuli, which is the primary ingredient in suya because it combines the peanut and spices needed for it.

8:21 we actually have guiness that is alcoholic, same colour same foam on top.
The bread taste is just the malt they use for it i guess😅

I love ginger. I bought a jar of pickled ginger which is the kind that you get with sushi. I like to have a piece after breakfast to help with my digestion and to freshen my breath. I like the spicy taste. But I don't like spicy things like jalapenos or hot peppers because that's a different kind of spice. The spice that comes with ginger goes away very quickly. I think it's actually refreshing
