This was an amazing episode. I started watching you guys years ago because my wife is from Panama (Cerro Azul). Now I watch you guys because I love how you are able to live in a beautiful place and somehow overcome all obstacles. Speaking of Panama, my wife is actually flying to Panama in the morning to go see her mom, who is in the hospital. If your viewers, subscribers would like to say a prayer for her, her name is Balbina Villanueva. Thanks.

Just wanna point out that your water source is most definetely not infinite. The flow of the water determines the amount you can spend every day. Also, it will be dependent on the season. You could consider adding more rainwater collection, especially in areas where you use the water, for instance near the greenhouse. Lastly, as other have mentioned, make sure the pump does not deplete the pool. Very nice video as per usual. 👍🏻

I would filter the water as well as rain will wash bird droppings from the roof into the tanks creating very bad condition water that can cause diarrhea etc.

With a submersible pump you can lay it on its side but it has to be perfectly level on its side then you'll be able to have more suction from the spring, but if this becomes a more permanent solution for you, I would highly recommend developing that spring to flow into a tank that you pump from to be a little bit more secure of a water source to prevent cholera or anything like that

It needs a auto shut off the power controlled by water pressure. So when it runs out of water you dont fry your pump. Pumps dont like running dry....

You could take one of the large black water tanks and put it lower than the spring pond and let the spring naturally fill the holding tank then pump from the spring holding tank to your rain water tanks . the spring pond can run dry causing the pump to run dry and damage the pump .and while your not pumping water the spring water will can naturally fill the spring water tank with out using electricity you can also install a low water cutoff switch in the spring water tank to save the pump from running dry and you also need to upgrade the pump hydro wire to the appropriate gauge for the pump requirements and length of run so’s not to under power the pump

try uping the milligrams on the cbd oil for Lola. when i started taking the oil the first thing that was noticeable was my canker sores in my mouth stopped being painful and they wouldn't last as long. after a few years that all stopped and everything changed and got worse. called the company and thought if i changed from 300mg to 600mg it would help and wow it did. immediately things got so much better and even if those pesky zits you get that are under the skin and can be painful well that stopped and did not last as long. sorry if this sounds gross, but cbd oil is the best!!

An idea for the future would be to create a small pond for catching rain water at the higher level of the property so you could let it flow by gravity down to your tanks or just free flow with a filter on the bottom where it runs out.
You could line the pond with a plastic sheet to keep the water from soaking into the ground..
Many people on rural property have these ponds. Some are for fish and fowl.

A jet pump can suck 25 ft in elevation and can push depending on what it's power rating is 200 ft or more It would be more efficient to have a small cheap little solar powered submersible pump with a float down in the spring pumping up to the highest point in the property and letting it flow down to the rest of the systems

Hello from COLORADO mountains. We didn't have any water source when we first bought our land here. We would haul water in a 500 gal tank and fill a underground cistern, this would give us enough water for the week. This was done every weekend until we could pay to have a very deep well dug. I can't remember now how deep we had to go, but I do remember that the guy was using the last bit of pipe and😢 no H2o yet. Then we hit on the last 20 or so feet we had. IT was like the BEVERLY Hillbillies. We hit an underground river! So Never give up on your dream you guys are just starting, all good things ahead! LOTS O LOVE!! Jackie

Never a dull moment on "Lola"s" farm. Rodrigo is going to be so happy when he returns to see the water and you are all such great neighbours! So happy that you have more reliable water now!🌻

When we lived in an island here in New Zealand that had to have we had to live off rain water, we had a big 5,000 gallon tank, it fed a 5 person family, 1 cat, 1 dog and 12 chooks, we were very conservative, we used our laundry water to feed our garden so there was hardly any waste

Wow. I didn't know you could use PVC for drinking water. Thought it was only for drains. Learn something new every day.

If you have visitors come to your farm, what about doing a couple of cabin tents on decks? Or the Glamping bell tents? I’d absolutely love to come visit, I’d love to teach Sadie how to ride, and look after a pony!!
I also love to do yard work, and help you guys with building projects too. And to shoot some amazing content with you all. ❤

Correct me if I’m wrong, but, essential what you have done is dug your own well and installed a well pump. Your journey is unbelievable!

In Australia it's normal to have 20 thousand litre water tanks. Rain catchment is priority in the land down under. We rigged up a water pump with our Ozito battery, blew us away, pumps 17 litres a minute.

What a relief to have a permanent water source. Yes, rainwater is permanent too, but there are droughts. I’m glad you’re out of yours, but you still need the creek to water all those coffee trees & animals. Maybe you could breed your cow now & have more milk. I hope you’re back to finding dog food, cat food, chicken feed, hay for goats & Moo Moo feed again easily. Rodrigo never said. I’m so happy for you & I’ll pray for your allergies! Much love from Oregon ♥️ Jessica
