I noticed at the very last part that Degenbrecher was able to walk away a bit after Noir uses his skill to finish her off. Does this mean Noir also loses block during this invincibility?
S2 has notably more total videos dedicated to it, S1 just had some funny memeing that caught some attention, S2's definitely the preferred skill. That said I still like s1 better just because attack charge is fun and so is infinite potential.
His S2 works similarly to Ch'en S3 and Amiya Guard S2 where they stop "blocking" temporarily to execute an attack. Enemies can actually leak through this, but it also gives the operator temporary intangibility / s. The difference between Amiya S2 and Ch'en S3 is that it doesn't do as much damage, but it can be more versatile.
Broca my darling!!! Always so nice to see him in a clear other than mine. And Tequila as well! I did notice Noir stopping blocking during S2, but I definitely didn't follow the thought of how well it could be exploited, I'm totally filing the idea for later use.

Seeing this as a Lance-pilled former LS player on monhun made me scratch my head, wdym LS equals to shield we have like 4 weapons that have literal shield 😂

I only have two things to say: 1st Brocas abs tell me to build him and 2nd I really wanna do a LS units only IS run now, I just kinda need to build all LS units I have *sigh*.
It's possible but the timing is really precise. It's not the same timing as retreating an op without cannon switching targets either, so in practice it's hard to make good use out of

he's still a defender at heart
exchanged some block count for more damage
he even gains defense at low hp instead of more aspd

Pretty good run. Noir is definitely a decent unit when used correctly. Unfortunately, he's decent at best.
