Totally agree, this is so old outdated information. MSM very backwards. The advice given hasn’t worked for the last 50 years. Insanity doing the same thing over and over getting the same poor results over and over. This is how the public is educated on health. Oh well… UA-cam can help a little better for some up to date information on nutrition.
