In Australia we have doggy parks. As a suggestion maybe u.k. should have doggy parks. (Usually fenced off.) families have the parks to walk swings. Outer space of the doggy park. I apologise for the length of this comment.😊😊

Not necesary to pay for brand names. Dupes are often 100% the same product-minus the costly eco -unfriendly packaging -and of course , paying for the 'label'.

i have had heavy periods since the age of 11. have hated being in uniform at work as they give you light coloured trousers etc and dont understand when you bring an issue up. i have fibroid took me 20yrs for someone to take me seriously at the doctors

I still get my periods now.i understand how embarrassing and painful it is .

My mum never told me i was like Carrie in the 🎥i was 12 she just gave me a pad i didn't even know how to use it but none of my female relatives never spoke about it or to my cousins.wheni had a daughter she was in pain i made her stay at home from school and told her it's ok and gave her a hot water bottle and it made her feel a bit better 🤗
