I cannot accept that. He clearly (in hindsight) had other things going on which we are now finding out about. Again I came out when I was 19 (am 40 now) and really struggled but I knew even then I didn’t want to live a lie or end up hurting anyone else. I feel proud of my 19 year old self showing more responsibility and self awareness than this guy seems to have shown in his whole adult life!
Me too, I came as gay, but now I concier myselft rather a trans woman, or not binary woman. Anyway a lot of people especially in christain background were too afraid to make a coming out. We were lucky, they were not.

Personally I really don’t see the big deal about him being gay so what I don’t see the big scandal regarding him having affair with a young gay guy ,a older guy with a younger guy one of millions if no one was forced in to a situation then leave them alone.
He acted (poorly) throughout this interview. He knew what was close to emerging into the public eye, so decided to try and be the hero finally coming out after years of “torment.”
I say this as a bisexual woman and survivor of abuse who is disgusted by him (and his brother).
