XVENTURE trailer frames are tested and proven at the Aberdeen proving grounds. You can trust its reliability as both commercial and consumer brands use the same chassis and are assembled using the revolutionary Huck Bolt system. Each individual fastener provides 5,000 pounds of bonding strength. XVENTURE uses hundreds of Huck Bolts in each chassis assembly, making their trailers substantially more resistant to vibration and flex fatigue than a trailer with a traditional welded assembly.
