Thank you Dawn. I am 76 years old. I have arthritis in my lower back and I have had surgery for spinal stenosis. My sit bones have been hurting when I sit recently. Obviously with the spinal stenosis I cannot stand for long so I sit more. This stretch and exercise worked to relieve sit bone pain the very first time! Dawn, I want to thank you for this video! I have the tendency to stand on the balls of my feet leaning forward like I'm gonna ski off a cliff and this arches my low back. Your video saved me and got rid of my pain in a few days! It is not easy changing this habit I have to check myself every few minutes...I don't know why my body wants to do this...weak abs and glutes? not sure but working on both of them. I have a long history of pelvic pain. Thanks again!!

I have been living with this pain for 4 years on my right hamstring. I have a desk job and it gets worse due to prolonged sittings which I started to improve already with a standing desk. I also regularly do Yoga and it increased my flexibility. However whatever I do like Yoga or massage gun , next day when I wake up pain starts again. It is like somehow my side sleeping position to the left squeezes nerves, tendons (though I use a leg pillow), in the end I have to redo all massage, opening technics to get some release. No idea why I cannot experience a permanent recovery from this
That is were all my pain is now. Been dealing with pain in lower butt area fir years. Now it is getting worse. I can't put weight on my right leg. My pain seems to move all over

Can hamstring tendenopothy be causes by weak hamstring? I get pain when I do hinging movements like if I want to get something from the floor, deadlifts, or back extensions. After doing hamstring curls, the pain has gone away. I first got the injury from doing deadlifts.

2 weeks ago I hurt this sweet spot while pushing hard my seated wide-legged forward bend. With a crack-crack sound that stopped all the yoga class and made them ask if I am okay. That time I was okay but the day after, not much :) I hold this "silly" stretch" for 2 mins... WOW, it reduces the pain immediately! Thank you very much!!!!!!!!! I have a question though; How can I understand it is a good time to be back to practicing wide-leg positions or should I avoid it until 100% disappear?

That booty out position, my lower back when I’m having a pain flair up feels like my lower back wants to potato chip backwards like that. I’m working on my core more to see if that helps. I appreciate these videos a lot 🤙🏻
