While some folks will say this is over the top, I can totally appreciate how well thought out every aspect of this workspace is. Pan obviously has impeccable taste, but it’s not “store bought” taste. It’s incredibly well researched by someone who has spent a ton of time thinking about and tinkering with every facet of this room.
Thanks Heath! And you're 100% correct. I spent countless hours planning and researching how I wanted the layout to be, what setup and equipment would go in there, how to optimize my workflow based on my preferences, etc. And thankfully I was able to work closely with my house builder to make my dreams come true from a construction perspective, which not all builders agree to do. Certainly a dream come true through blood, sweat & tears.
Agreed! This video just popped up on my feed and I am totally blown away! I absolutely love the attention to detail and the amount of research that went into designing this garage.
Thanks for sharing. I always try to "look" around your garage when I watch your videos. Although my garage is too small to do what you have done I keep dreaming. Great setup from the floor to the ceiling!
Loose screws give you personality. 😉 I love seeing the channel grow as it has. Can't believe how fast time flies by. It's seem like just a little ago you had less than 17 thousand subs. Glad I stuck around, you deserve all your success just don't forget how blessed you are my friend. 🙏
Thanks Sebastien! And yeah, 800,000 subscribers in just 6 years of being on UA-cam. Lots of hard work to get to this point. But thank you for being a part of my journey through all these years!
Thank you for the long awaited tour. ENVVVY. Although I am a weekend warrior and not a professional detailer, there are so many nice amenities and tools you have that would make my car detailing a breeze. I love the pull out shelving you have in your cabinets. I have nice Gladiator garage cabinets, but none have the pull out shelves. I love the garage flooring and water drain and of course the temperature controlled environment. I live in snow country and my garage gets terribly cold in the winter. I am hoping my cleaning and polishing supplies don't freeze. It's awesome you built your garage to be larger than a typical garage. You thought of everything. When you have a place for everything and everything is in it's place, it becomes a pleasure to work in that space. I love that you are so meticulous. Thank you for sharing your space.
Thanks Lisa! I appreciate the kind words. Yeah a lot of time and energy was put into researching and making sure my builder understood my needs and wants. And the result came out amazing. You say you live in snow country... What country are you from by the way?
Absolutely beautiful garage. It's always beautiful to see people enjoying their work. I really love the way you have set up your garage and the attention to details.
I’ve considered getting the CR SPOTLESS system, but from a lot of the negative reviews I’ve read, when the resin runs out after 200-400 Gals, it’s nearly $100 per resin unit to replace them. So the less expensive alternative a fellow detailer shared with me is to go to the RV supplies section in your local Walmart or similar store, and purchase the RV water filter hose hookups that you can simply installs on your hose line before your pressure washer hookup. Accomplishes the same task and only costs $10 per cartridge. I’ll have to calculate how many washes I can get per cartridge by attaching a TDS & WFM monitor and report back.
I am curious to see your results. The purpose of the resin is to remove the hard water minerals that filters cannot remove. These systems are typically good for chlorine etc but are not as efficient at hard deposit mineral removal. I am curious to see your finding on that. Please post.
Hi Pan, your garage is an operating theatre for cars😄. There are two game changing aspects for me which lift it above the norm - the floor drainage and the water filter system. You showed so many tools and products related to paint correction work - but there are comparatively few videos dedicated to this aspect on your website. I hope you plan to show more examples of your paint correction work in the future.

@@PanTheOrganizer I was searching through some detailing videos and yours came up first. I was a detailer many moons ago, in my 20's . After I hit 50 and bought a new sports car I decided to get back into detailing. A lot has changed in the past 30 years, but your videos and guidance got me in the right direction, I appreciate it. Keep up the great work!!
I envy you! Incredible garage. Love every aspect of what you did, and it's clear a lot of planning went into it. Gives me something to dream about. So happy for you. Really enjoy all your videos.
That's one great garage. I'm so happy for you Pan. The production of your videos is simply top notch and your ability so speak is top notch as well. It gets old hearing people in other videos say um and like all the time. Your success is well deserved. Thanks for teaching me so much about detailing, I have learned a ton from you.
@@PanTheOrganizer Those custom cabinets super looking but I think my favorite is just seeing that memy detailing supplies in perfect order. That's quite the set up. Keep it tight.
I was taking notes of your setup. The inflater is an Idea I thought up as well. I’m also doing lubricant grease on hinges and locks when needed. Great video.
Excellent video Pan! Well thought out garage. I am a Rousseau dealer in the U.S. and can vouch for the quality of these cabinets and shelving. Thanks for sharing.
Rousseau Cabinets 😍. Gorgeous setup Pan! A thorough and very well planned and designed space. Congrats on making this dream a reality for yourself and your business.
Impressive-truly remarkable! Describing this garage is a challenge; it’s a masterpiece, akin to a beautiful painting by a renowned artist in a museum. When you lay eyes on it, you grasp the profound dedication the creator invested. Once more, everything is impeccably arranged, spotless, and well-organized. P.S. The previous garage was deserving praise as well.
Epic garage Pan. SO many incredible features. My top 5 .... #1 - the floor 💎 #2 - those cabinets 🤯 #3 - lighting & garage door #4 - Unlimited power supply ⚡️ #5 - microfiber towels 😆 Impossible to have too many. 👊 Blessings from USA 🇺🇸 Triple G 😎
Pan, you are truly one lucky man to have a garage like that! I am jealous sir! But to be honest I am moving soon to Colorado Springs Colorado and I am going to take some of your ideas you show here and apply them to my own new garage. It will be nice to start from scratch on a new garage and hopefully make it half as good as your garage. One thing I have in mind for my garage is having a totally separate good sized room that goes off the garage where I can put shelving, cabinetry, and counter tops (all in that stainless steel restaurant grade stuff which I love the clean look of) all the way around that room and store all of my chemicals and detailing equipment in that dedicated room. I saw another detailing on UA-cam who had all the cabinetry, shelving, pull out drawers, and a sink all in that stainless steel restaurant grade stuff and it looked fantastic and is fairly reasonably priced. I do love those Rousseau cabinets though! That set up you have is incredible. The reason for the separate room is that I only want my vehicles in my garage for a super sleek and clean look and all the equipment to be unseen but where I can easily get to it by simply walking into that room off the garage itself. Then I can have a detailing cart to roll out in the garage when I need to detail the vehicles. I definitely want some type of drain in the middle of the floor, even if it's just a simple small drain in the middle with the floor slightly angled all the way around so the water would drain into it. I am going to need that due to it snowing there so darned much (like you up in Canada) so much of my detailing and washing of vehicles will be inside the garage. I also want both hot and cold water bibs! You've given me a lot to think about for my own garage! I've got that same steamer. I've been researching the Chief Steamer Model 125 direct injection model with injection tanks and continuous run feature. It looks to be one of the top of the line steamers for detailing. You can inject chemical of your choice directly into the stream of steam that comes out and it uses plain ole tap water perfectly fine which is another plus because you don't have to use distilled water at all with no ill effects to the machine whatsoever so that's a big plus as well. You should take a look at it at some point in the future, I know you would love that machine and it would fit in nicely in your garage of top of the line equipment! It's also a stainless steel unit that is fully serviceable so it's basically a unit you would have for a lifetime.
Thanks Joe! You have some good ideas for your dream garage. It’s all about planning for your needs and dreams, and having the builder execute the work to perfection. And yeah getting inspiration from other garages that you see is a must so that way you take notes on what would work best for you.
You have a good eye! It’s a Sea-Dweller Deep Sea actually. Years on a list just to be able to buy one. So happy I was able to make that dream come true! Rolex steel sports watches are near impossible to buy from an AD.
@@PanTheOrganizer everything to be honest lol but to keep it simple top would be organizational idea and function of it as in looks nice, simple and functional and as you detail you water draining system to not worry of any water mess. Great video, Pan! I love your garage. It’s always nice to see a space so well planned out and executed. You give the rest of us something to aspire to.
Dream garage, indeed! By far the most interesting thing there are those floor drains. Floor drains in a residential garage are almost unheard of here in the US. I've never seen a single one. I doubt most builders would even accommodate you if you asked for one, and those that will would charge a pretty penny for it.
Oh really? Even in States where there are snowy conditions? Here in Quebec, it's part of the build code, which makes sense, as imagine all of the water from melting snow and ice, it has to be able to drain somewhere.
@@PanTheOrganizer I love it all but I would say the way you have created the custom storage and made it extremely efficient with everything at hand but also very tidy with nothing lying around. Also the floor is a work of art.

Great video Pan! You mentioned you’re not handy with tools. Where do you draw the line and realize what things you’ll take on and what you will pass on and pay someone to do it?
Anything that isn’t car detailing, I usually pay to have done heheh. I like perfection and if I can hire a seasoned professional that excels at the craft I’m looking for, I will hire. I don’t even cut my own grass. I have a lawn mowing guy for that, another company that does all the lawn care (fertilizers, white worm treatment, etc) and an irrigation system for watering, as I don’t have time to water my lawn even hehe. That’s just one example.
Yup. Also, I'm too much of a perfectionist, so if I were to do things, it would take for ever as I'm obsessed with perfection hehe. Just hanging a piece of art on the wall is an adventure for me haha. Bust out levels, lasers, drywall anchors even if it's overkill at times, etc.
Great video Pan! You forgot to mention your Flex PXE 80 while you were showing your polishers 👀 Amazing video, I hope one day I can have a nice detailing garage like you. I’m already running out of space!!
That's a garage I can only dream of ! I'm going to build my own and have almost every answer I need from this video except for one. Would you mind telling us what slope you have to help evacuate water if any ? And if you have no slope, I guess that means you have to rake the water afterwards, correct ? I can't thank you enough for all the videos you did that helped maintain my car's appearance much better than I used to and try doing things I'd have never thought of (paint correction for example).
Thanks. For the slopes I have no idea what degree. I’m not a builder. My builder took care of creating slopes for both drains do that water evacuates properly. But I don’t have more info on that.
Amazing, brilliant stuff Pan👍👍btw Pan, would be great if you show us how to correct ceramic costing. I mean removing swirls/ minor scratches on ceramic coating without removing the ceramic coat.
Good grief! What an incredible garage...I am so jealous, LOL. My car washing area is dirt and gravel. Fortunately, I can put two of our cars in a simple garage when the weather is harsh....
Pan you keeping putting out quality content, your garage is really well organized, In a good way you've shown me how to properly care for my vehicle and now I find myself watching many hour of detailing videos. I'm wondering if there's any chance of you getting a car lift for some under carriage detailing or dry icing - similar to the I AM Detailing channel? I'm also in Montreal and wonder since you've been doing this for so long if that type of service would be profitable here or what are your thoughts on that?
Thanks Lukasz! I have no interest in a car lift for this home garage. Larry's garage is his workplace, very different things. I want my garage to be practical, so a lift would take up too much space. I haven't looked into dry icing yet, as the machines I have seen so far take up a lot of space, and as I mainly detail new cars, it would be of no use to me at the moment. Perhaps one day.
Hehe thanks! After 27 years of detailing, when we were having this new house built, I worked closely with my builder to have the garage of my dreams created.

The garage is big enough so there is almost no splatter on the walls. Plus, as you saw, I have a dehumidifier which keeps my humidity levels under control, and the walls are all mold resistant drywall painted with mold resistant paint. And the garage floor is sealed, and has two drains. Water isn't an issue here. :)

Hey Pan, I got a little a bit of tar stuck inside the crevices of my tires; I have P235/40R18 all season tires from Good Year. It is not a lot of tar that will cause a detrimental of wear--I do not even think it could considering where it is--but I am still wondering your method to removing the tar from those crevices. I thoroughly enjoy your videos and I hope to view more of them :).
I’m not sure I understand what your issue is. Tar contamination on paint you can use a tar remover like CarPro TarX or Gyeon Tar. But tar on tires? In cracks? In the treads? Perhaps a screw driver and be gentle? Or go see a tire shop near you and have them look into it…
Amazing video Pan, great presentation! If you don't mind I'd like to borrow some ideas from your garage set up for my future dream garage which I'll turn into reality when the time is right👍🏻

Thanks Nick! Many months of planning ahead of time to get this to my specs. And I'm quite happy with the end result.
Very proud of you hitting 800K, Million next
Thanks George!

Thanks again!
Oh man garage envy. Should do a show where you go some guy's (or gal's) garage and provide a complete make over, I generously nominate mine!
Epic garage Pan. SO many incredible features.
My top 5 ....

Morning Pan, insane garage setup for sure, a detailers paradise, thanks for sharing
Thanks Bernie!
I think, you are the best! Just another perfect video ! Many greetings from Greece!
Thank you! Cheers!
Love the Sea Dweller! The garage is next level, amazing work, Pan. Greetings from Ontario!
You have a good eye! It’s a Sea-Dweller Deep Sea actually. Years on a list just to be able to buy one. So happy I was able to make that dream come true! Rolex steel sports watches are near impossible to buy from an AD.

@@PanTheOrganizer I do wish it was part of building code here. Our answer to melting snow and ice is a squeegee and an open door.
Wow you are correct it’s a dream!! Absolutely superb!!

Awesome Garage. One improve. Your garage door tracks. Cold/Heat. Try a track cushion. Keeps door air tight even in high wind condition when the doors Flex a bit.

@@PanTheOrganizer appreciate the response. I take on too much and need to know where to draw the line to not waste time. Thanks again!

@@PanTheOrganizer Thanks anyway, I'll see that with my constructor as well then !

Good grief! What an incredible garage...I am so jealous, LOL. My car washing area is dirt and gravel. Fortunately, I can put two of our cars in a simple garage when the weather is harsh....
Thanks for watching!
Do you have a separate garage to keep your personal vehicles? Or do they have to sit outside while you detail for others?
They stay outside when I detail other cars. Next house, I'll probably have a dedicated detailing studio, separate from the house garage.
@@PanTheOrganizer Thanks for answering. I wondered how that worked out. I hope you don't have any bad weather while yours is outside.
Ya no you were right, the full tour is amazing. I am now both jealous and motivated.

The garage is big enough so there is almost no splatter on the walls.
