I had panic attacks after trumatic period in my life and I took to practicing Yoga so helpful and have gradually got tp come to terms with life and thank you for your talks
so ,mindfulness is bringing our mind to the now by things like listening to our own breath,feeling our seats. then if your mind distracted come back to the mindfulness practice as soon as you noticed it. The second practise was to do your daily tasks mindfully. it means your mind should not be somewhere else when you are washing your hand for example.
