Paul may struggle these days, but he always had the coolest voice - you knew it was him immediately, and that's next to impossible to learn.
The thumbnail says it all: Kiss was and is the biggest party no matter your age. I got into Kiss when I was 14/15, which was when Alive IV came out - I bought the CD and played it endlessly. For me, this is the definitive recording of "Lick it Up". Even now, with all the other music I listen to, I put this on and as soon as they hit that first chord I think "Oh, it's on!"

That’s what’s cool. If you go to iTunes they have live albums from the sound board and Eric Singer is on one with Ace. And hearing him play some of the older songs is weird and real cool.
