- Good morning everyone ! Here’s What it takes to have a successful kitchen cabinet install. In this episode, Jeff gives us a tour of their Mercedes sprinter work van. From a table-saw to a cleaning kit, Jeff goes over all the tools and supplies needed to get the job done.
Thanks for watching and have a great day.
Great video Thanks for sharing great van set up. Now you have to up it all back together lol. Thanks Jeff
Thanks, Jim! 😝
Terrific truck and very nice set up on the inside storage! Well done! 👍👍🔨🔨
Thanks, Steve 💪🏼
Thanks for the tour - I enjoyed it. Frankly, my first impression was that the exterior is still in excellent shape - especially for a work van - and one that has occasional trips to the city. It took me a second to change my frame of reference to the type of work you do - the need to bring inside with you - and the need to have lots of space to transport cabinets you have made in the shop to the job site. You are installing on-site - not building on-site. I loved the comment - if you need to take out the table saw - something is probably not going right.
Thanks for watching!
Great video, just picked up a sprinter myself. Would love to see how you scribe with the power planner
Awesome, congrats! We’ll definitely make a video on that.
Fantastic setup guys. Curious to know where the 12" JBL subs are that are connected to the Alpine? LOL. Hoping all is well guys, Dirty Jersey out!!
😝😝😝 someday!
Thanks for the tour! Loved everything except the extension cord, I had a few bosses who liked the daisy chain. Lol nvr works for me. Lol
Oh man, it’s the best! We should make a video on how to do it.
@@TodaysCraftsmen lol you tie it, don't show jon, and see if it comes out for him.
Hahaha that’s a good idea
Thanks for the insight ! Yes , video on scribing with planer , your knowledge is appreciated, keep on 🤙
I think we’ll make that video, thanks!
Thanks for this. Yes to a video on using the planer to scribe. Also, do you have a name or source for the Makita battery conversion device, please. Thanks.
Thanks for watching! We’ll definitely make a scribing video. We purchased the battery adapters on Amazon, there’s dozens of them.
Thank y'all for another excellent presentation. I love your ideas for storage in such a small area!
Thank you, Tim!
@@TodaysCraftsmen you're very welcome Sir!
💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Very cool! Always love seeing what's in other's vans. Would love to see you do a video on how you use the power plane to do scribing. I've always used the table saw.
Will do! Stay tuned!
I’d be interested in seeing a video about scribing with the power planer.
Nice van! Is that the “high” version? Did you go with gas or diesel?
Thank you! Yes, this is the high roof and we went with gas because we don’t drive a ton. Diesels really like to be run and the amount (or lack thereof) we drive would likely be detrimental to a fielder.
Thats a really nice van . Love it ❤
Thanks so much!
I shared a quick short for ya
Nice! That’s a sweet setup man!
Thank you so much 🙏
💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
So you guys ever get on IG?
Oh yeah, been there! Check us out @todayscraftsmen
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
Thanks for tuning in!
Nice organized setup for sure! I must ask, what is a soft wax kit used for?
Thank you! The soft wax is great for cabinet touch up.
@@TodaysCraftsmen thank you. I figured as much but wanted to ask. Keep those videos coming and I listen to your podcast as well.
Anytime! Thanks for watching, podcast will be back up this week!
👏👏👏👏👏👏
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 thanks buddy!
Only 01:20 into video & I just wanna say the boyee JP (Jon Peters) was a friend of mine till I caught him in my car tryna steal my Alpine!!! Jus sayin.... Be back to comment again when video is done, Dirty Jersey out!!
😂😂😂
Work lights?
Yes! We have the 36v Makita light that puts out 10k lumens. It happened to be outside of the van for the video.
do you use this vehicle for delivery? seems like there isn't much room left
We do! Unfortunately sometimes we have to empty it out. This is precisely why nothing is permanently affixed to the van. Someday I’d like to have a small box truck specifically for deliveries.
@@TodaysCraftsmenFor big cabinet deliveries I rent a box truck, building the rental cost into the cost of the job. That way you’re not paying for a truck that sits .I do have a step van as my every day driver.👍🏝️🇨🇦
Good thinking!
Thank you for messing up the van to show us.
Hahaha no problem!
Unfortunately, there’s no fidelity/accountability in today’s world. I, for one am very saddened by it. I long for the days of my younger years. Thank you for an amazing video, sir!
Thanks for tuning in!
@@TodaysCraftsmen OMG!! I left that comment on the wrong video. It probably seems so out of left field. I am so sorry. It was meant for the last video posted by The Essential Craftsman. I sincerely apologize, guys. That’s what I get for trying to work & enjoy videos at the same time. Thank you for posting the van tour, I absolutely loved it, as I do all your videos.
😂😂😂 no worries! Honestly, yes I was a little confused but that’s nothing new 😝
