I just made this with some few changes... Less sugar and more milk and did it in a bigger mug. Left it for almost 2 mins instead of 1. It came out beautifully. Thank you for the recipe.

Here's a quicker way:
2tbsp all purpose flour
Cocoa powder
Sugar
Baking powder
Mix well
Add oil
Add milk
Mix well to a paste
Microwave for a minute
Add icing sugar (optional)

For those who didn't like the taste because it was too dry for them .. they should add a bar of chocolate in the middle before microwaving.. this will give a nice chocolatey taste and will make the cake fudgey !
